Xi'an Zhongxing Hetai Hotel

Booked this hotel for a National Day trip with my family. The lobby is grand, and there's a parking lot and a pond within the courtyard. The room was spacious and bright, and the beds in the standard room were very wide. It was also very quiet at night, so I slept really well. The staff came to clean every day. What really touched me was when they noticed I had laundry drying inconveniently on the table and chair back overnight. The next day, they brought a drying rack, placed it by the window, and hung all my clothes for me. They also provided laundry detergent and left a note saying to ask if I needed anything else. Whether for business or leisure, the service at this hotel is the best and most heartwarming I've ever experienced. I'd like to use this platform to sincerely thank Ms. Wang Yafen. This hotel will be my top choice every time I visit Xi'an again.

Stayed for 2 days on a business trip from Beijing to Xi'an. I filtered hotels near my destination. When I'm on a business trip, I look for two things in a hotel: 1. A gym, and 2. Breakfast. The gym is my top priority. This hotel, Zhongxing Hote, happened to meet both requirements, and the location was also quite good. The gym is on the first floor and accessible with your room card. The restaurant is on the second floor, and the breakfast spread is quite rich, basically catering to all kinds of people. The hotel's hygiene and soundproofing were both good. The only slight issue was that the in-room facilities showed their age a bit. I want to particularly commend the hotel staff. Whether it was the front desk or housekeeping, the service was excellent. Their communication was pleasant, and they basically resolved any needs I had. There was a lady at the front desk named Zhang Mengfan who I'm incredibly grateful to. I accidentally cut my chin while shaving and was in a hurry to leave. Ms. Zhang Mengfan offered me her own skin repair gel, which was a huge help, and I'm very thankful for that. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay this trip. If I have another business trip to this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel first!

The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a gym and laundry room. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, and there's free parking available, which is very convenient for getting around. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is super convenient for business trips and self-driving as it's so close to the highway! Excellent for transportation. However, the facilities are a bit dated; it's an older hotel. My daughter even joked that out of all our holiday trips, this hotel had the smallest TV she'd ever seen, like you can't even find TVs that small anymore, haha.

The hotel facilities are pretty standard, like an old 3-star hotel. The breakfast was very ordinary and didn't meet my expectations. The worst part was at check-out: my roommate returned their key card, but I forgot to return mine because I was on the phone. Later, I was told that if I didn't return the key card, I'd have to pay for it or mail it back. What era are we in? They didn't even mention this when I checked in. It left a really bad impression.

This was my first stay at Zhongxing Hetao, and it was fantastic, definitely a five-star experience! The lobby's fresh scent was so relaxing the moment I walked in. The front desk staff, Xu Yurong, was incredibly warm and attentive, even giving me a free room upgrade. My deluxe king room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided amazing natural light. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, and the hot water came quickly, making for a super comfortable shower. Housekeeping was prompt every day, and the facilities, like the gym, were well-equipped with great window views. It's an excellent choice for both leisure and business trips. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back!

The room is very spacious, and the environment is quiet. All the hotel staff are warm and friendly. There are robots in the lobby, which makes ordering takeout very convenient. There's a gym on the first floor; it's not huge but sufficient. The hotel breakfast is decent, offering Xi'an local specialties, and the variety changes daily. I particularly enjoyed the delicious 'maifan' (steamed grains).

I stayed at the Hetao Hotel. The front desk attendant, Xiao Liu, was incredibly thoughtful and handled the check-in very professionally. They even upgraded my room for free and enthusiastically explained all the hotel's facilities on different floors. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent, featuring many Xi'an local specialties. It was a great experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an.

Service: They have robots that deliver things, but sometimes they block the elevator door, which is quite inconvenient. I suggest upgrading the robot's programming so it doesn't block the entrance. Hygiene: It was pretty good.
