Room is clean and no cigarette smell. Hotel staff is very helpful to help receive the delivery. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Location is good except if you come by train, then you need to drag the luggage through a bit of uneven road. Airport transfer was not good. You need to have local China Number to get the free airport transfer. They should have specify it clearly because I book the hotel because of the free airport transfer. So I rate lower for service because I called the airport transfer number many times but no one pick up. Five stars for the hotel staff but 1 star for the airport transfer. So 3 star average.

The room size was just right, and the cleanliness was excellent. There was plenty of hot water, and toiletries were replaced daily. Housekeeping was very thorough, and the front desk staff were polite and welcoming. Although it's located in a tourist area, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast buffet on the fifth floor offered a wide variety of options. Overall, it was clean and hygienic. Definitely a must-stay hotel when visiting Xi'an.

Stayed at Fillmore Hotel Xi’an and honestly such a great choice. The location is super strategic: near Bell Tower and only 5 minutes walk to Muslim Quarter, so food is always within reach. They offer free airport pick-up and were kind enough to allow late check-out, which made everything more convenient. After staying for one night and realizing how great it was, I extended my stay for another four days. It's super convenient from Metro Exit B or C, and the Bell and Drum Towers and Muslim Quarter are just a short walk away. Breakfast is on the fifth floor, and there's a fantastic variety of food – I forgot to take a picture before I started eating! You can even see the Bell and Drum Towers from the small terrace next to the breakfast area. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Very good location. Just 1 street away from the famous Muslim Quarters. So very quiet, yet near to the bustling street. The bell tower is just a short walk away and very near to Line 2 Metro. Room was clean and nice.
