Very big room and super clean and friendly staf, near bell tower

We had a great stay at King Town No.1 Hotel (Xi’an Bell Tower). The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent—right near the Bell Tower, making it very convenient to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the amenities met all our needs. Overall, it’s a great choice for couples looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Xi’an. The room was spacious and very clean. They even offered late checkout, and the service was super thoughtful!

Good breakfast, good confortable room. Slow WiFi, and poor soundproof. Great location, but tricky to find reception, is on 4th floor.

Hotel is accessible with a big chagee outlet just at the crossroads. Room is clean. Cleaning lady is really sweet n nice as well

The location is great, and the place is clean and tidy. The service is excellent, definitely worth a stay. If you're a fan of Roujiamo (Chinese-style burger), it's even more convenient as there's a shop right downstairs. The restaurant downstairs is also affordable and good value for money.

Absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was extensive, offering a great variety of dishes to suit all palates. Its prime location means all city attractions are within easy walking distance.

The noodle shop downstairs was delicious! The hotel itself was great; on our last night, we were even upgraded to a suite! The location is fantastic, very close to all the main attractions. The city wall was only a 5-minute walk away, making everything incredibly accessible.

It was a really great stay. When i came, the receptions were not able to speak english so we used translator app. The check in process was fast. They even allowed me for early check in, bravo! First time visiting a hotel with no coffee but they have 2 selections of tea in a jar, how cool is that! It has a laundry room. Bed was comfy and the room was alot bigger than i thought. There are many restaurants nearby and convenience stores. When i check out the reception was not able to speak english again but well, only checking out. They also have designated room for luggage storage. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and diligently answered all our questions. The room was clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping being punctual and meticulous. Great work!

The hotel's location is excellent. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the North Gate of the Stele Forest Museum, the Bell Tower, and the South Gate of the City Wall. The price is reasonable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. I've been staying here since I first came for a business trip in 2015, so I have a real attachment to this place. A special thanks to Ms. Xiao Wang at the front desk this time; she helped us mail back our child's belongings that were left behind at the hotel.
