Ji Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower East Street)

When I checked in, I found a bunch of beard scum. I don't know how to clean it. There was also a bath towel that didn't look like it was newly replaced. The new one was a bit hard to fold, but the towel was soft like it was folded after use.

The hotel is clean and tidy with good service. Special thanks to the service, Xiaoling, who will put two more bottles of water in the guest room every day on such a hot day. Feeling very kind. Looking forward to staying again next time.

It’s about a 10-minute walk from Zhonglou Station on Line 2, and it’s pretty close to Line 4. You can stroll to Gulou Muslim Street at night. But away from Muslim Street, it will be quieter at night. The description of the room is that the window faces the corridor, but the window faces the patio. It is very quiet because it is not facing the street, which is great. The room is quite large, with a long sofa and a small coffee table, comfortable bedding, and a large TV. It is the biggest in the whole season I have stayed in. The toilet separates dry and wet, the toilet flushes intelligently, and the washbasin is very spacious. Sanitation and cleaning are timely, and mineral water is replenished in time. The decoration is also very new. It is recommended not to choose the row of rooms behind the front desk, because you can hear the sound of the front desk, which will affect poor sleep, but other problems are not big.

The location is particularly good in the center of Xi'an. It is very convenient to travel anywhere near the subway. There are also a lot of affordable snacks. The traffic is very convenient! There are many places to eat in the surrounding area, Luomashi, Muzishi... There are also many Internet celebrity shops. You can choose not to have breakfast in the hotel. Anyway, you can eat just a few steps. Although the hotel faces the main road, East Street, it is a separate top two floors, and there are no noisy businesses, bars, restaurants, etc., and there are no noisy constructions on the side, so don't worry about being noisy. Let's talk about the small environment: the room is clean and comfortable, and the service is cordial and enthusiastic. Although almost many rooms have windows facing the central patio and internal corridors, they are basically air-conditioned, and ventilation is enough when you leave! The soundproofing of the room is generally satisfactory, and it will hardly be affected by the next room; that is, the soundproofing of the room door is slightly poor. If there is a check-in and check-out sooner or later, the sound is still very clear and a bit loud. I have been to several cities throughout the season and I am very satisfied overall. 這次西安特種兵兩天，選擇了這家酒店。一直很喜歡全家的原木色系，簡單耐看。整體的服務員給我感覺還是很熱情的，尤其是前台的幾波。 我到得比較早，房間還沒打掃出來，我就在大堂吧等了一會兒，大堂吧得茶香香氛還算不錯，有點玉龍茶香的感覺，不過少了一點高級感。 等了大概二十分鐘，很快辦理了入住後，原本以為這個酒店很小，沒想到兩層差不多有近百個房間。 第一次找房間還是花了點時間，有點彎彎繞繞，因為約了下午的兵馬俑博物館，再加上早上起太早沒有洗漱就跑去動車了，我進房間第一件事就是洗澡。進入浴室發現還有上一位客人留下的毛髮，打開水，花灑的尾部會噴水出來，我趕時間也沒有在意那麼多了，我自己帶了浴巾，浴室有晾衣繩，洗完澡想晾一下浴巾，我拉開繩子發現繩子上全是黴菌，就沒使用。還有一個問題就是不管是浴室還是洗手盆的下水都很慢，估計有毛髮之類的堵塞。最後還有一點不滿意的是床套居然有破洞。 不好的説了，還是説點好的吧，除了前台的服務很滿以外，這家店的床品很舒服，睡了一夜好覺，其次是電視系統做得很好，提供投屏和操作也簡單。早餐也很豐富，吃得很滿足。 離店時有把我遇到的問題給前台反映，希望他們好好改進下。

對全季一直都是比較信賴的，但是這家太讓我失望了。12點鐘就能入住的房間，第一次12點半過去説衞生還沒搞好，第二次兩點半過去衞生還是沒搞好，説先開一間給我們休息，主要是我們九個人有老有小坐了一上午的飛機夠折騰夠累的，後來説再開一個雙人房有房間再換，等我想要確認下更換房間的時間竟然預計最快要三點半，當場無語了，我一共訂了四個房間兩個晚上的，真的想當場就退了但還不是因為又帶着小又帶着長者家。後來我們遷就的就在兩個房間休息了一下放下行李就出門了，到了晚上回來新開的房間煙味都還沒散，這個徹底搞無語了，地上還有瓜子殼，但一天真的累到沒力氣追究了就算了。反正這麼對全季失望透了。
