Close airport and shopping malls. The hotel is located at new develped areas so the hotel is still new and in good conditions. I only booked a day. My price covered a breakfast, an afternoon tea and a dinner in the hotel and meals are good.

The room is impeccably maintained; you'd never guess the hotel opened in 2018. **Cleanliness:** Spotless, with virtually no dusty corners. **Service:** A big thank you to our butler, Helen, for the thoughtful service! She reached out via WeChat a day in advance to confirm our arrival time and even sent a small cake – very considerate!

Out of many hotels, I chose the InterContinental in the Economic Development Zone. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The location is great, just a two or three-minute walk from the administrative center subway station. It's also very convenient to get to the airport and the West Station. The room was quite spacious. The bellboy was very friendly; I stayed for three days and always saw his warm smile. The mini-bar items are chargeable, which, as an InterContinental member staying in an executive room, I believe is the first time I've encountered this. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent; the subway is right outside, and taxis are easily accessible for getting around. Every staff member was warm and polite, and the coffee in the cafe was delicious. The room's layout and amenities were exactly to my liking. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Facilities: The decor is nice, and it's quite photogenic, haha. Hygiene: No strange smells, which is great. Environment: There's a subway station right outside, and taxis are also very convenient. Although it's a bit far from the attractions, the subway ride is quick, and a taxi only takes about half an hour. I think it's better than staying near the attractions, and the value for money is excellent. Service: The service is also very good, and the front desk staff are enthusiastic.

What a terrible experience! 😱 Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this was by far the worst. We were two girls who booked a two-night stay at the InterContinental Xi'an Economic Development Zone. On the second night, at 1:58 AM, someone knocked on our door, waking us up. Since it was the middle of the night, we didn't dare open it. We kept asking who it was, but the person didn't say anything and just kept knocking relentlessly. After a long time, the knocking finally stopped. Frightened, we called the hotel to inquire. After reviewing the surveillance footage, the hotel claimed it was a woman in white with long hair who was drunk and knocked on the wrong door. We requested to see the hotel's surveillance video, but they refused. For a five-star hotel, if their management is so lax, then who exactly was knocking on our door, and how did they even get to the 20th floor? We were so scared we couldn't sleep for the rest of the night and checked out early the next day. Even after checking out, the fear lingered. We complained to Ctrip, and after Ctrip verified with the hotel, the hotel then changed its story, saying it was a woman in black with a ponytail, a guest on the same floor looking for her companion. This contradicts the previous statement about a drunk woman in white. We once again asked to see the surveillance footage, and the hotel still refused unless we called the police. I still can't calm down about this. If this were a Hanting Hotel, we might understand, but this is an InterContinental. As girls traveling, we choose a five-star hotel for safety and peace of mind. If InterContinental can't provide five-star service, why should they charge five-star prices?

The service was excellent, and they even notified us about the ongoing construction outside. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and we even got a room upgrade. It's super convenient to get to the mall and the high-speed train station from here, although I must say, getting a taxi for the high-speed train in Xi'an is quite a hassle.

Big bed? It's two beds pushed together. Floor-to-ceiling window? Opens up to a construction site. Toilet? Flushes several times, still won't go down. Hallway? You'll trip if you don't lift your legs. Push open the door? Right opposite is the elevator. What more can I say???

InterContinental hotels consistently maintain a high standard. The InterContinental Economic Development Zone branch is my go-to choice for every business trip. The hotel is right next to a subway station, with Line 2 directly connecting to Bell Tower and SEG Plaza. There are also several large shopping malls nearby, which is incredibly convenient. Vivi, the Club Lounge Manager, has been my point of contact and always provides exceptional service. Extremely satisfied!

Undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Xi'an. The location is superb, right outside two metro lines, so you can get to the high-speed rail station, Bell Tower, and Datang Everbright City without any transfers. The surrounding area has plenty of shops and restaurants, making dining convenient, and it's not as crowded as the city center. Vivi provided warm and thoughtful service; she contacted me in advance and arranged the room according to my requests. The room was spacious and well-laid out, with excellent hardware and software, making it perfect for business travel.

Excellent value for money! The breakfast was fantastic! They had a great selection including Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), spicy soup, lamb stew with pita bread, sour and spicy noodles, and Zēnggāo (steamed glutinous rice cake). The cocktails were also a highlight! The tapas executive lounge benefit allowed for free choice. Any requests made to the front desk were handled very quickly. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Staying at the InterContinental Xi'an Jingkai is definitely worth it, especially the executive lounge – highly recommended! First off, it's excellent value for money. The afternoon tea, happy hour, and breakfast at the executive lounge were all very satisfying. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The soundproofing and blackout curtains were also excellent, making for a truly restful night. Sophia from the executive lounge was very attentive and everything was perfectly arranged. All the staff at the lounge were warm and polite. Overall, it was a fantastic and very satisfying experience. I strongly recommend the executive lounge!

After checking in, I just had to write a super long review. This InterContinental, which opened in 2019, is now in its seventh year. It's the best-maintained five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. I initially thought I was walking into an older hotel, so I was incredibly surprised to see how well-kept it was 🙀. A huge shout-out to the hotel's engineering department. The faucets, after seven years, were still gleaming, and the white marble vanity tops looked as good as new, even with protective film. So much attention to detail! Kudos to the General Manager. He's definitely a stickler for details, probably the type to inspect the premises constantly, haha. Oh, and the hotel bar on the 25th floor! I actually found the cheapest drink deal ever – it was unbelievable. A Gin & Tonic for only 13 yuan a glass? Seriously, it's true! A group deal for 68 yuan got me two cocktails 🍹 + fries 🍟. What an incredible value! I ended up having three drinks. Breakfast: The lamb 'paomo' and 'roujiamo' were fantastic. Front Desk: As an InterContinental member, I received a complimentary cake upon check-in and member pancakes 🥞 for breakfast. It really felt like they went above and beyond in terms of emotional value 💕. Engineering Department: Thumbs up 👍! Those 20 engineers are worth every penny; give them some extra chicken legs 🍗! 25th Floor Bar: The king of value! This is the most affordable drink I've ever had at a five-star hotel, haha 😆. General Manager: A big thumbs up to you! Keep up the great work 🤝🤝!

InterContinental Economic Development Zone truly stands out as the best value for a five-star hotel in its price range. From the service and environmental details to the dining, everything is exceptionally well done. Our family of four celebrates all our birthdays here! Even before we arrived, Ms. Molly had already messaged us to say our room was ready. And even though we didn't ask for any special setup, she thoughtfully arranged a simple decoration, which instantly brightened our mood! They also provided a complimentary birthday cake, which was absolutely delicious! I honestly think it's better than cakes from most bakeries! The Western restaurant has a great ambiance and excellent food! We ordered the smoked salmon salad twice – that's how good it was! When our little one choked a bit while swimming, staff members continuously came over to check on us. They helped us rinse off, provided mouthwash, and later the manager even gave each of the two children a small backpack. It was so sweet! I felt a little embarrassed; it was such a minor issue that I hadn't even thought much of, yet it was handled with such care. The swimming pool attendant was basically keeping an eye on our two kids the whole time – very responsible! InterContinental Economic Development Zone genuinely makes you feel so comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was so enthusiastic and smiling. Even the cleaning aunties greeted us with smiles – absolutely wonderful!
