Spacious room. Shower has good water pressure as well as a clothes drying line. Big bathtub. Being one block from the subway allows for easy access to most tourist attractions, such as the City Wall, Giant Pagoda, and TangParadise. Lap pool and gym equipment were disappointing. However, the breakfast and its staff exceeded expectations! Concierge was very helpful.

酒店前台服務親切熱情，升級房間，免費加了孩子早餐。酒店乾淨整潔，房間很乾凈，沒有什麼意味，窗外景色很好，五一遊玩很開心，嘉興人很熱情，感覺這城市規劃很好，很貼近民意，下次再來會繼續選擇嘉興萬豪酒店，周圍有購物綜合體，加油站，酒店設施，服務態度，周邊環境，都很好。

首先説服務:我進酒店揹着拿着大包，沒有迎賓幫忙接或者搭把手，然後前台辦入住的服務員一臉的傲慢不耐煩，因為衣服上沒工號，也沒名字沒法順具體的人，我諮詢的時候人家愛搭不理的，還是她左手邊另外一個前台回答的其次，房間時間太久了，設施陳舊，地毯上的污漬大片大片的。最後早餐特別難吃，還不如外面的快捷酒店，種類也少，住了三天衹吃了一次早餐。酒店裡的午餐也特別難吃。總之這個酒店還不如旁邊的宜尚酒店，因為是陪考，我去看了那邊其他家長訂的房間，不僅早餐可口，還提供美味的午餐，房間寬敞，乾淨。價格還便宜。希望大家不要再踩坑
