Huanyu Metropark Hotel, Xi'an High-speed Railway North Station

The front desk staff were efficient and professional during check-in. The lobby also offered complimentary plum juice, which was a nice touch. The room was very clean, and the breakfast spread was excellent. I'll definitely be back!

The front desk service was excellent; they greeted me proactively as soon as I walked in. Xiao Wen, in particular, was very patient in explaining nearby dining options and sightseeing routes, providing exceptional service. The breakfast was also quite rich and definitely worth trying.

Xiao Wen at the front desk was great. She proactively helped me store my luggage and recommended some good local restaurants. The lobby was beautiful, and the light music created a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely come back!

Facilities: Well-equipped, though a humidifier would be a nice addition. Cleanliness: Clean and comfortable. Environment: Good, with a rich breakfast spread. Service: Very warm and accommodating, meeting reasonable customer requests. Round-trip shuttle service to North High-Speed Rail Station: The shuttle service was prompt and friendly. They communicated the pickup/drop-off point in advance, which was easy to find. The driver was steady, and the vehicle was comfortable.

The hotel is quite close to the high-speed train station, but it's a bit too far to walk. Luckily, they offer a complimentary shuttle service, which is a great perk. You just need to book your departure time for the next morning the night before. Plus, the hotel facilities are new and very comfortable.

The hotel is quite old and the renovations are a bit odd, with the shower located in the middle of the room. Of course, the price is very cheap! It's super convenient if you're coming by high-speed train and just need a temporary place to stay, but if you're planning on staying for a few days to visit attractions, the location isn't ideal.
