The room was great, the hotel staff were very friendly, and they even gave us a gift bag. It was a very pleasant stay.

We communicated with the hotel in advance about traveling with children, and upon arrival, we were immediately upgraded to a spacious family room for free. The room was incredibly large, with a warm and clean wooden design. The bedding was soft and plush, and my child could run and play freely without feeling cramped. The sofa area by the window was also a great spot for us to sit and chat – so comfortable! The breakfast selection was excellent, with a full range of hot dishes, porridge, and fruit, as well as light meals suitable for children. The dining experience was fantastic. The hotel lobby and public areas were also very tasteful, clean, and tidy, showing attention to detail. The service was attentive throughout; they even proactively offered small items for children when they saw we had kids – truly touching! Choosing the right hotel is crucial when traveling with children, and this hotel completely exceeded our expectations. It offers exceptional value for money and I highly recommend it to families traveling with children!

The room was extremely noisy. A wedding was taking place on the same floor, and the guests started shouting and yelling at 7 AM, severely disrupting our sleep. Our sleep quality is already very poor. If someone was getting married, why were we seated so close to the hotel? Why weren't we informed beforehand? We called the front desk, and it was almost 9 AM. They said they would change our room, but we were checking out at noon. Would we have to pack and move again? Isn't that just torture? It's one thing for a wedding to proceed normally with conversation, but the shouting and yelling is unacceptable. The hotel has the right to refuse, but they failed to act. Our stay was extremely poor!

Originally I chose All Seasons just because of safety and security, but this hotel gave me an unexpected surprise. I was directly upgraded to a suite. In addition to the elegant style of All Seasons as always, it also has a spacious and comfortable environment. If you are particularly concerned about the sound, you can ask the front desk to In the inner room, my room is close to the road. There is a bit of noise when the window is opened, but it does not affect it at all when closing the window. By the way, this restaurant also offers free late-night snacks, including noodles, snacks, fruits and yogurt. The guy at the front desk is very considerate, and the aunt who cleans the room is also smiling and welcoming. I will stay here next time I'm nearby.
