Facilities: Quite new. It would be even better if they had smart toilets, especially since there's a lot of spicy food in Xi'an. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were also very helpful. Environment: Not on the main road, so no worries about motorbikes revving loudly. Service: The service is genuinely excellent. They offer airport pick-up/drop-off, the breakfast is delicious, the front desk staff are all very friendly, and they even have special gifts and souvenirs for children, along with booster seats. They also provide sweet soup and foot baths in the evening. Very satisfied!

The accommodation is very nice and clean. The staff was very kind. The staff of Ting Shu Long provided a lot of convenience. They also provided transportation and we will use it again when we come to Xi'an next time.

【Room】When I checked in, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy. 【Service】The staff and housekeeping were very polite and provided excellent service. They even offered complimentary sweet soup in the evenings, and food deliveries were brought to the room by a robot. There's also an airport shuttle service. 【Location】Behind the hotel, there's a shopping mall and small restaurants. You can also take a stroll along the city wall, and it's very close to the Beilin Museum.

Really good service by 金，涛 & 龙！ one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff upgraded our room and helped carry our bags and parcels to the room when we checked in. They were also really attentive to our needs. There’s also free laundry services and laundry is done by the staff so we didn’t need to wait for the washing machine to be free. The room was really clean as well. Hotel is also close to main attractions and shopping malls. Overall a pleasant stay and will recommend to anyone traveling to Xian

Everything thing is perfect from the friendly and attentive staffs to the amenities of the hotel. There’s a slight problem on the first night but their staff were quick to response and offer me solutions. They will also make an effort to ask if I need to reserve any of their free evening desserts if I’m not back yet. Impeccable service level. 👍🏻

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Wenchang Gate and the Stele Forest Museum. The service is incredibly comforting; after checking in, a staff member will escort you to your room. They also offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off (just contact the front desk a day in advance). Every evening, there's a complimentary sweet soup. A special thanks to Mu Xia Wan Feng 😊

Really good hotel to be staying in Xi’an. Great location - not too far off from the main area. Able to take a leisure scroll around. Room is super clean and spacious. The service provided is superb - the concierge service team is really response via wechat to requests. Highly recommend first-time tourists to stay.

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, we got ours upgraded for free, the staff even prepared some fruit for our arrival. The breakfast is amazing, delicious, and varied, ok for locals and foreigners as well. The hotel staff is also so kind, they will give you suggestions for the itinerary with transportation time included, if you need to get any tickets you can ask them and they will help you contact a travel agency to help I would DEFINITELY come back!

The hotel offers airport shuttle service, helps with luggage, provides warm milk, and foot baths. Its location is also very convenient; you can see the city wall right outside the hotel entrance. Plus, the staff provides excellent service. If I visit Xi'an again, I'll definitely choose this hotel!

The room was generally spacious and clean. The hotel is right next to Wenchang Gate, and the Stele Forest Museum is just a short walk away. They even provide foot-soaking tubs when you return after walking 20,000 steps daily. Breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel staff were quite enthusiastic. They also offer airport shuttle service. Although there was a minor hiccup, Manager Xia Tian handled it promptly, and my companions all felt the hotel was generally very good.

Super great services and attentive. Great breakfast with mixed of Chinese and western options. Room is spacious and family is super happy with the stays. Plus airport drop off service is great. Highly recommended.
