Stayed here during Chinese New Year, and it was a good experience. The butler was also very friendly.

Originally booked a family room, but the front desk upgraded us to a suite upon check-in – what a pleasant surprise! The two bathrooms were perfect for our family of three. They even proactively offered a humidifier when they heard we were from the South, which immediately sealed the deal for a five-star review in my mind! When we came back in the evening, there was complimentary warm congee, which was a great palate cleanser after all the spicy food we'd been eating. On our last day, we also grabbed two complimentary Americanos. Seriously, the value for money here is outstanding! Highly recommend!

The room was stifling hot in 28-degree weather, and the air conditioning was locked and couldn't cool it down. I was sweating buckets! The hotel clearly doesn't adjust the AC based on the temperature.

Cleanliness: The room was spacious, and the family room was perfect for a family trip. It was also very clean. Transportation: It's right outside Exit B of JinGuangMen, and despite being close to the elevated highway, it was surprisingly quiet at night.

The room was great, and the hotel service was incredibly thoughtful (they proactively upgraded us to a family room). The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. Highly recommend!

I was upgraded to a suite; the room was very spacious and offered an expansive view. The location is fantastic, just 20 meters from the metro exit, making public transportation incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly. The lobby also thoughtfully provided delicious millet porridge and preserved vegetables as a late-night snack for guests returning late, helping them tide themselves over. The robot food delivery was super quick – a definite thumbs up! 👍🏻 However, it seemed one housekeeping attendant was managing two floors, which must be incredibly tough. I hope they consider increasing their housekeeping staff.

The service was truly exceptional! Every night we received complimentary fruit. When I checked out, I realized I had left a very important necklace behind. They proactively contacted me on WeChat to follow up and arranged to mail it to me. On top of that, the location is super convenient with good transportation options.

The room was nice and spacious, perfect for my business trip. Front Office Manager Feng Rui provided excellent service, even upgrading my room when he found out I was a member. The breakfast had a good variety of options. Perhaps because it's close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in the south, there were quite a few Korean tourists. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
