The room was very clean, and both the front desk and room service were excellent. I was in a hurry to go sightseeing and didn't have time to pick up my laundry from the laundry room. Wu Xiujuan not only retrieved it for me but also folded everything neatly and placed it in a basket. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

The hotel service was excellent! Byron, a staff member, was incredibly professional. He was enthusiastic and welcoming throughout, patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions, and was efficient and meticulous in his work. His detailed service made us feel very comfortable and at ease.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was decent. The staff were all very nice and approachable. The location is great, close to Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, about a ten-minute walk, which was very convenient.

Lemon Wang at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful; she upgraded my room and arranged for a quiet one, which was really thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an.

During the May Day holiday, my friends brought their kids to Xi'an. They were originally staying at the Holiday Inn, but for convenience when going out together, I insisted they move to this hotel, which is closest to my home. My friend has worked in five-star hotels in Sanya for over ten years, and thought a Marriott property wouldn't be bad... The reality was a huge disappointment. First, after extending their stay, they went to the front desk the next morning to reactivate their key card so they could get into their room directly that evening. However, when they returned around 11 PM, the card still didn't work. Exhausted, they had to go to the front desk again to get it reactivated before they could enter. The next morning, when they went for breakfast, they were told it wasn't included. After showing their Ctrip booking screenshot, the staff member didn't even look up or glance at it, and with a condescending tone and attitude, said, 'Go ahead and eat, go ahead and eat.' The staff's professionalism and service awareness need significant improvement. Don't disgrace the Marriott Group.
