Xi'an Xincheng District Hotels

This is a very good hotel in terms of services and location. It is located just 100-200 metres from Bell Tower and shopping mall. Can walk to Drum Tower and also Muslim Street about 15 minutes. When we booked our trip to Huashan and Terracotta the group tour bus picked us up just in front of the hotel. We stayed for 6 nights and the services were maintained. Breakfast were okay. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Our room cleaned daily. No complaint or any issues with this hotel. Just perfect for us family of 4 ❤️

Our four-day independent trip to Xi'an was made infinitely better by choosing the right hotel! On the day of check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent soundproofing and a very comfortable mattress. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed, making it a truly hassle-free stay – just pack your bags and move in! The hotel's dining options deserve a special shout-out too! The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, providing a great start to an energetic day. Even better, they offered complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks, which were perfect for recharging after a long day of exploring. Such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn't be more perfect. It was incredibly convenient for visiting tourist attractions and taking the subway. There was even a travel agency located downstairs that offered reliable tour recommendations and affordable car and guide fees. They helped us arrange a well-planned one-day tour that was both enjoyable and cost-effective. Throughout our stay, the service was exceptionally attentive. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. This hotel truly enhanced our Xi'an trip, and I highly recommend it to everyone! I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an!

This hotel boasts an excellent location. You can reach it directly by taking the 603 bus from Xi'an Railway Station and getting off at Xihua Gate. It's within walking distance of the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, and both transportation and dining options are incredibly convenient in the surrounding area. I was very satisfied with the service attitude; check-in was swift, and they offered hot tea, which was especially warming on a cold winter day. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great separation of wet and dry areas. The room temperature was just right, not too hot. They also provided purified water dispensers in the hallways, elevators, and courtyard for guests to drink. The breakfast was quite rich, featuring Shaanxi's specialty 'saozi noodles' (minced meat noodles), and the watermelon and dragon fruit were of good quality and very fresh. After eating, I discovered celery 'maifan' (steamed wheat rice with vegetables), and I tried some – it was delicious! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xi'an.

The gourmet afternoon tea buffet was quite good. **Service:** Pretty good overall. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was when I was checking out. A staff member in the lobby offered to help me take my luggage out with a cart. I declined, as my ride was already waiting right outside. However, he still took my colleague's luggage and put it on the cart. When we got to the car, I opened the door for my colleague to get in, assuming he would put the luggage in the trunk. To my surprise, he just stood there, looking at his phone, not moving at all. In the end, I had to put the luggage in myself, and even the driver got out to help. Once the luggage was in, the staff member just walked away. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but I subjectively felt that since he offered to bring the luggage out, why wouldn't he help put it in the trunk? Especially after I had already declined his offer to use the cart in the first place. I travel for business a lot, and this is the first time I've written so much to describe a situation. It just felt really unpleasant to have that staff member standing there looking at his phone, his body language clearly implying that we should handle the luggage ourselves. It's a minor thing, though; let's just let it go. **Environment:** The hotel is not far from the Bell and Drum Towers, the Muslim Quarter, Sajin Bridge, the city wall, and other attractions. My room was upgraded, and after exploring for 4 hours, a bath felt incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious.

This is an excellent hotel. The location is good, but since the city is large, you still need to travel by taxi. The main attractions in the city are close to the hotel. We booked a standard room, but received an upgraded option – a two-room suite on the 5th floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The room had a comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. A major drawback was the terrible view from the window. The view was of a dilapidated inner courtyard and a neighboring building, so it was impossible to open the curtains. The service was excellent. Despite the staff having some difficulties with English, it didn't hinder communication. The breakfast was excellent, everything was delicious and varied – mainly Chinese cuisine, but also European options. We were very satisfied with our choice of hotel.

This was my second stay here, and everything was great. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade. The suite was a good size, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hot water in the bathtub wasn't quite hot enough, though. The Xi'an-style breakfast options were decent, and the Western breakfast items were really good. I recommend this place and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

Very nice boutique hotel! The room is small but everything is so thoughtful and clean. For example there’s a little nook you can open next to the socket so you can leave your phone there while charging. They have heaters in the toilet for drying your clothes and a towel warmer. The toilet bowl is heated too! They also give lots of free things. Free mini bar with unlimited Coke / soft drinks, tea snacks and so on.. they also have a tea bar at the top floor. It is abit pricey compared to other places in Xi an but I would stay here again

The room, ambiance, and service were all excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept wonderfully, and it was very quiet. I highly recommend everyone stay here. I've already told my friends about it; it was a fantastic experience. Plus, it's very close to the Bell Tower.

It is a bit disappointing to choose this hotel for my trip. The staff in front desk didn’t provide good customer services. No welcome no smile from them while checking in. I think the hotel management should provide more training for them. Some of the area in the toilet is a bit old.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket downstairs and attractions nearby. The room even has a smart assistant which is very convenient and makes for a great stay. Food deliveries are brought by a robot, which feels very secure. Such a fantastic stay! This is definitely going on my list of favorite hotels 👍. It's super convenient for friends, couples, families, or anyone really!
