I had an excellent stay at Central Hotel (Xi’an Bell Tower)—the location and hospitality truly stood out. The hotel is perfectly placed, with many of the main attractions within walking distance, and a subway station right on the doorstep for anything further afield. Taxis don’t stop directly outside, but getting dropped at the nearby KFC means it’s only about a minute’s walk—quick and easy. My room was a real highlight, featuring a small private courtyard which was perfect for a bit of fresh air in the early mornings or late evenings. Little touches made a big difference too—unlimited bottled water available on every floor, and an instant hot water machine in the room (honestly, once you have this, you’ll wonder why every hotel doesn’t!). What impressed me most was the attention to detail: at check-in, the staff remembered a request I had made during booking—something I had completely forgotten about myself. That level of care really sets them apart. The team were fantastic throughout—especially the check-in staff and the lady who helped arrange taxis. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Bravo to the entire team, and thank you for such a memorable stay!

It was an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. One of the front desk staff named 小甘 kindly helped me to rebook my same room several nights, she was very helpful and I am very grateful. Additionally, the hotel had a free washing machine and dryer where i was able to wash my clothes during the trip. 10/10 experience and i would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great quality hotel in an excellent location.

The Xi'an Yazhi Hotel was an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is superb, right by Yongning Gate. As soon as I arrived, I was captivated by its grand yet ancient-inspired decor. The lobby was full of intricate design details, really showcasing Xi'an's historical and cultural atmosphere – perfect for photos. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, we didn't want to get out of bed. The room facilities were new and complete, with a smart toilet and a large TV, all very convenient to use. The window let in a lot of natural light, offering views of the street during the day, and a charming city lights spectacle at night. The staff were all very enthusiastic, from the moment we walked in until we left, we felt their thoughtful service. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they patiently gave us recommendations for nearby attractions and local food. The housekeeping auntie cleaned thoroughly every day and replenished supplies promptly. Our child even said they want to stay here again next time!

The room was quite spacious and clean, and the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right outside Yongningmen Station on Metro Line 2. Let me tell you about our walking day trip: We walked from the hotel to the Yongningmen City Wall on the opposite side (there was a lantern festival exhibition in the evening) and then into the pedestrian street. We passed through Shuyuanmen (similar to Shanghai's Confucius Temple), where there were various stalls selling rubbings, jade seals, and other items. After about a 15-minute stroll, we reached the Stele Forest Museum. The admission fee was 85 yuan (free for those over 65). It has a lot of impressive exhibits. We paid 30 yuan for a guided tour, which was very informative. Afterwards, we went to the Muslim Quarter for some food; the grilled squid was very tender, and it was packed with people. Then, we exited through Exit 1 of the underpass, checked out the Bell Tower, and walked back to the hotel via South Street. We stayed at the Orange Feather Orange Hao Hotel for our entire four-day, three-night trip in Xi'an. On the day we checked in, the front desk attendant saw our booking and said we could get an upgrade, so they immediately upgraded our room type. The two ladies next to him were also super friendly, and all our travel fatigue instantly vanished! We felt like we made a great choice; it was excellent value for money! I've already recommended it to my family! Xi'an's tourism industry is thriving, bustling with tourists from all over the world, a flourishing scene that's closely linked to its profound historical heritage and the simple, friendly local customs! The hotel's location is excellent, right within the city walls. It's very close to the Stele Forest Museum, the Drum Tower, and Dachaishi subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's not directly on the main street; you need to turn into a small alley, giving it a 'quiet in the midst of noise' feel. The room wasn't large, but it was very clean, and daily housekeeping was prompt. There's a small parking lot downstairs, and on the ground floor, the check-in area has a public lounge and a small game zone. There's also an outdoor area by the entrance for smoking. I stayed for four consecutive days, and it was great! 👍

I booked the Dongshe Hotel for my family visiting Xi'an, and they stayed for three days. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and my family said they slept soundly for all three nights. The hallways and rooms were also spacious, making it easy to maneuver luggage. 2️⃣ **Impeccable and Reassuring Cleanliness**: My family reported that the cleaning was exceptionally thorough. The bedding and towels were soft and fresh, the vanity and mirror were sparkling, and the floors were so clean you could walk barefoot without a problem. 3️⃣ **Convenient Yet Quiet Location**: The hotel is right near the Muslim Quarter, so it's easy to step out for food and shopping. However, it's not on the main street, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle. 4️⃣ **Proactive and Warm Service**: Hotel staff greeted them warmly every day, and there was even a hand-drawn map in the room, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch. Any small issues they encountered during their stay were resolved immediately.

This hotel is right in the heart of Xi'an, making it super convenient for getting to all the major attractions and sights. There's also a restaurant right across the street, which was really handy for meals and offered a lot of local specialties. Plus, the subway entrance is just a 100-meter walk to the right when you exit the hotel, and it's quite close to the high-speed rail station. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic location near the Bell Tower. Lots of restaurants and coffee/tea shops close by, and walking distance to Drum Tower and Muslim Quarter. Breakfast spread was great and the tour desk, extremely helpful. If you’re a light sleeper, try not to get a room with the window facing the dance club. You can hear pulsating beats till 4am.

We really enjoyed everything! The hotel left исключительно pleasant impressions. Its location is excellent - it’s convenient both for reaching the main attractions and accessing transportation. The room was comfortable, clean, and well designed, with everything we needed close at hand. We would also like to highlight the room’s great location relative to the elevator: it was close, yet there was absolutely no noise. The hotel overall is very quiet and peaceful, which allowed us to rest perfectly after busy days. The shower facilities were also convenient and well maintained. We would especially like to thank Muzi and Li for their friendliness, help, support, and all the information they provided - thanks to them, our stay became even more comfortable and enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel to other travelers!
