Xi'an Lianhu District Hotels

Nice hotel with very friendly, helpful staff that were very attentive to our messages on WeChat. They helped us plan our visits to the Terracotta Army site (can get there by metro and bus 613) and Mount Hua (high speed train from Xianbei). Nice room with good facilities. Shower head was a little faulty and some water leaked out of the shower/toilet basin area into the main room, but otherwise no issues. Free self service laundry provided, and free bottled water available at reception. Good heating, comfortable beds. There was a large window but no view. Good location, a short walk from the metro. It is a little hidden down an alleyway when you first arrive but the hotel provides clear instructions on how to find it and there are lots of signs to point you in the right direction.

Hotel is nicely located near Huiminjie @ Muslim Quater. Everything about the stay was pleasant except for the wifi. The connection was extremely slow. I needed to get some work done, and in the end my hotspot worked much better. Another issue was the centralised aircon system. During winter, it kept blowing warm air and the room felt quite suffocating. When I asked for help, the reception staff simply advised me to switch it off. Even with the aircon turned off, the room still felt stuffy. For those arriving by Didi, use the hotel’s main address from drop-off. If you use the “allocated” address shown in the app, the driver may drop you far from the actual hotel entrance and you’ll have to navigate the rest on your own. Overall, the stay was fine but these issues made it less comfortable than expected.

It’s smaller space than expected but the room is clean. There’s cleaning starting 12PM daily if you need. The service js great. I have to send the card for renewal of QR though to access my room almost daily. Other than that, the place is in the midst of the Muslim street. I like the ease of access to all places with the subway within walking distance. Though you will need to walk around 5 mins depending on crowd from the street if you take car rides.

Great hotel, great location, really clean and a really comfortable bed

The room that I booked was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located perfectly with walking distance towards the drum tower, bell tower as well as as the Muslim food street. It is also near to the metro station. The hotel also provide free laundry and the breakfast also have variety of options.

My friends and I had a good experience here, the place was super clean and the people in the reception were also very helpful. They upgraded us to a room with a window for free. The metro was 8 minutes by foot but there was a bus station just around the corner that goes directly to the center of the city and the major attractions. We also found a lot of small shops and eating spots in front which was very convenient

I was incredibly satisfied with my stay! The hotel environment was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. But what really impressed me the most was the front desk staff – they were so warm and attentive! From check-in to check-out, they always had a smile on their faces and answered all my questions with such patience. It made me feel really welcomed. Thank you for your wonderful service! The B&B's location is super convenient, really close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, making it easy to get anywhere. The room facilities are complete, and the owner is incredibly welcoming. Whatever we needed or wherever we wanted to go, the owner enthusiastically helped us out. Since we were traveling with seniors, the owner also thoughtfully reminded us of several important things to keep in mind. All in all, it was a fantastic travel experience. Wishing the owner great success in their business!

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was very rich. We even received a small gift upon check-out. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. It's very close to the subway station, about 200m away, and right outside is the Muslim Quarter, which is only 500m away. Very convenient, definitely worth recommending! I'll stay here again next time.

The overall facilities are good, and the laundry room has washer-dryer machines. The housekeeping auntie is very nice; after telling the front desk about needing amenities replaced, she arrived promptly. The hotel's location is excellent, with many snacks nearby. The 'shaobing jiacai' (savory pancakes) across the street are delicious; we even packed two for the road. It's also close to various attractions. We visited during Chinese New Year, so the attractions were bustling, but it was very quiet around the hotel. The hotel service is impeccable. The airport shuttle solved a major transportation issue. We stayed for quite a while, and on the first day, I added the front desk on WeChat. Now I can communicate directly via WeChat for anything, without having to call or go to the front desk – super convenient, I really love this!
