As soon as I entered the hotel, the enthusiastic front desk staff quickly helped me check in. The service was even better. From the warm reception at the front desk to the caring care of the room service, every staff member smiled and made people feel at home. They also introduced interesting places around, and the favorability was directly full! The breakfast was full of surprises, with rich and varied varieties, including Chinese buns, fried dough sticks, porridge, Western bread, fried eggs, and various fresh fruits and freshly made drinks to meet the needs of different tastes. The meals are not only delicious, but also very fresh. The restaurant waiter will clean the table in time and ask about the needs attentively. The hotel is also in a good location, with a lot of food around and convenient travel. This time, because of these high-quality services and delicious breakfast, the experience of the hotel is directly full!

The room is average. Although it is a newly opened hotel and looks like a renovated one, it looks quite old when you enter. The toilet is not smart and the signal is not good. I have seen pictures that the rooms are quite spacious with large floor-to-ceiling windows. But why is it that the bed in my room is almost next to the windowsill? It is quite narrow. This is the worst stay among all the Holiday Inn Express hotels, including the hygiene!

Our Stay at VOCO was Great. We were well taken care of by Ellen who speaks good English and showed high levels of professionalism and kindness. The hotel was clean, spacious and relaxing. It’s located away from the hustle and bustle but food delivery and Didi rides are easily available. We really enjoyed staying here.

The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the windows were large and well lit, the bathroom water supply temperature was suitable, and it would not be too hot or too cold. The TV signal is good, the high-definition looks very comfortable, and the sound insulation is OK. Although I live in a room facing the street, I can't hear the sound of the street when the window is closed. The breakfast dishes are very good, the taste is delicious, mainly Chinese dishes, the color and fragrance are complete. The staff service is also very good. I went to the front desk to ask what is nearby to play and would enthusiastically tell me, and I would tell me how to go the fastest. Asked the cleaning aunt to ask for slippers and toothbrushes, she was very refreshing and told me that she was not enough to find her. All in all, it was a very good stay experience.
