Ibis Hotels in Xi'an

The service is super good, patient, the room is very large, spacious, clean and convenient to do laundry, and the afternoon tea is also good, the lady helped me to delay the room for free, hate caring

I have a wonderful time here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel room is of generous sizes and tidy. Walking distance to metro and spoil for choice on dining out. I like the layout of the bathroom, very user friendly. Also there are many movable hangers making hanging of the clothes much easier. Finally if have a fridge for summer will be perfect as I came here in winter not needed.

When we arrived at the hotel my friend was sick AF and was throwing up every 5minutes. Thankfully the room was huge (not like other hotels in china, and to be honest is big even for european standards) so i could enjoy some time in the room by watching drag race global (#teamnehellenia) on the sofa, by watching the view from the window and by taking long walks in the room all of this while he was vomiting in the bathroom. The location is great is just 20min by didi from the airport and 20min from xi'an north railway station by subway (just one stop). Next to the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and places to eat in general. The only downside was that the hotel only had 2 washing machines (very weird since ibis hotel in jiayuguan has several and it is way smaller) and they do greenwashing!!! (the trashcan should is separated for recycling waste and non recycling waste but if you look more closely you realize that inside there's only one bag for the trash. And please please please make sure to visti hua shan mountain it's beautifull up there e soprattutto è pieno di fregni rari con le tette e braccia enormi e bara! BEST HOTEL IN CHINA HANDS DOWN

The location of the hotel is close to the expressway, very convenient. There is a free parking lot, which is convenient for parking. The breakfast was very nice. The room is clean. Xiaoxia Xiaozhou at the front desk is very friendly. Next time you stay at the hotel, you will come to Ibis

Hotel is located 5 minutes from many eateries and restaurants. Check In was easy. Staff had no communication issue using translated though they don't speak English. Surprisingly good breakfast and all staff from reception, restaurant, to manager were very nice. Service and respecting guests was better than western hotels in USA, Europe and other parts of Asia. Room is huge, clean, and well equipped.

Located in a quite yet very convenient place. Simplicity in design and comfortable.

The journey this time was very long and I stayed in 3 Ibis hotels, Wuhan, Kaifeng and Xi'an. I am most satisfied with the hotel in Kaifeng. The price is reasonable, the room is large, the decoration is new, clean, the staff is friendly, and it is easy to find on the roadside near the bus station I give full marks, the other two hotels are average, no surprises, the rooms are relatively small but I have no complaints 😊 But all the staff are very good and efficient. Overall, I am satisfied.

The location was perfect, easily accessible from/to the airport with direct bus across the road, well-connected with the Metro, and centrally located, right next door to the touristy Muslim food street yet very quiet, which was appreciated. Rooms are basic, yet clean and not smelly - think no frills, but no cut corners, with the usual basic amenities (tea/coffee/water/toiletries). The aisle we stayed in was across a small car park, 10m away from the main hotel building, which I believe is priced slightly more expensive than the room we booked. Another food street at the back was a great location for breakfast. All in all, we were very happy with our choice and would definitely place it top if our list for its budget-friendliness and excellent location.

The facilities were good, staff were generally helpful and nice. Very clean environment; generally has what you need. Very conveniently located. Some of the staff at the front desk are a bit too immature and could act a bit more professional. Apparently, they find it funny for you ask them for water; ask them a few more times and they would giggle and laugh behind your back and make fun of you; they might even horse around with you if Mandarin is not your first language and you don't speak as natively as they do. I made an add on booking for an extra night. If you need them to do anything towards the end of your stay, they might withhold service at the front desk until you give them a perfect rating; they wouldn't check me back in the hotel until I left a good rating/comment for my first booking. They forgot I that I could also rate / comment for my second booking. Basically a bunch of kids. Otherwise, hotel management seems fine. Pretty clean, the staff were generally polite.

There are a few Ibis in Xian. I choose Ibis Daminggong due to impressive reviews and our stay was truly enjoyable. The customer service at Ibis Daminggong is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure their customer’s stay was comfortable and enjoyable. There was once we were late to pick up our washed laundry and the staff even helped us fold our clothes! Ibis Daminggong breakfast offers a wide array of delicious food, such as milk, coffee, fruits, desserts, cold dish, hot dish and even ShaanXi Chinese Hamburger. We enjoyed the breakfast so much! We have stayed in Ibis China, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and this is the best Ibis we have stayed in so far! We truly enjoyed our stay in Ibis Daminggong. Will definitely stay in Ibis Daminggong if come to Xi’an again.
