Ibis properties in Xi'an

The room was nice and clean, very close to the Bell Tower and the subway. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, and there's Xiaonanmen and the Bell Tower neighborhood nearby. It's also a short taxi ride to Datang Everbright City. The front desk staff were very friendly!

The Staffs were very very helpful in helping to recommend tours, local travelling to tourists' places , what to see for tourists i.e. us. They recommended where to taste local authentic foods even to beware of fraudsters, eat healthy and spend worthy etc. The hotel, Ibilis was wonderful and up to standard for locals and international tourists. We appreciated the staffs' courteous ways of dealing with tourists (both local and international i.e us included. The hotel is at the right location to many touristic places and local /international food places too. We like to stay again in this hotel, Ibilis Hotel when we come as a family again and also recommend to our extended families, friends and travel companions! Bravo!

Great value for money, and I was really happy with the service. They even gave me a small bookmark when I checked out. The environment was also quite clean.

There are a few Ibis in Xian. I choose Ibis Daminggong due to impressive reviews and our stay was truly enjoyable. The customer service at Ibis Daminggong is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure their customer’s stay was comfortable and enjoyable. There was once we were late to pick up our washed laundry and the staff even helped us fold our clothes! Ibis Daminggong breakfast offers a wide array of delicious food, such as milk, coffee, fruits, desserts, cold dish, hot dish and even ShaanXi Chinese Hamburger. We enjoyed the breakfast so much! We have stayed in Ibis China, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and this is the best Ibis we have stayed in so far! We truly enjoyed our stay in Ibis Daminggong. Will definitely stay in Ibis Daminggong if come to Xi’an again.

The front desk lady provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, and the memory foam pillows in the room were very comfortable.

Facilities: The room is spacious and bright. The facilities are relatively new. The screens are not tight, but there are mosquito coils. There is no ramp at the door, so it is a bit difficult to pull the suitcase. The room network is too slow, and the TV is slow, so I can't watch one-third of the plot. Hygiene: The overall hygiene is clean, the linens are white, the breakfast is standard, and small flying insects are occasionally seen. Environment: Not noisy, the subway is 700 meters away. Service: Most of the room attendants have good attitudes, the front desk service is good, and a small gift is given when leaving the hotel. Everything else is good.

Because the exam is selected, it is quite convenient to eat and drink around. Except for the street room, it will be a little noisy. The hot water is not very hot. Generally speaking, it is OK.
