MOXY HOTELS properties in Xi'an

Overall, it was quite good, but there are many service details that still need further training and refinement. The hotel's location is very close to Exit 7 of Bell Tower Metro Line 2, just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is very new and the room decor is stylish, perfect for young people. As for the hotel breakfast, I must commend the excellent service from the staff. The dishes were generally decent, but compared to the Holiday Inn Express Xi'an North Station where I stayed a few days prior, I'd say it was just 'okay'. After all, their 35 yuan breakfast was surprisingly good. One more issue: I had three rooms that were pre-paid through Ctrip. Why did the hotel question this and ask guests to pay again? If there are payment discrepancies with an order, shouldn't the hotel clarify it with Ctrip directly?

The stay was perfect, Lemon provided excellent service, helping me with many issues and suggesting interesting new places to visit. I'm very grateful for his service and effort. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and my friend and I ate our fill. We'll definitely choose this place again if we have the chance.
