The front desk service was warm and efficient, the room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, with double-layer soundproof glass, and a good night's sleep until dawn.

This is a very good hotel in terms of services and location. It is located just 100-200 metres from Bell Tower and shopping mall. Can walk to Drum Tower and also Muslim Street about 15 minutes. When we booked our trip to Huashan and Terracotta the group tour bus picked us up just in front of the hotel. We stayed for 6 nights and the services were maintained. Breakfast were okay. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Our room cleaned daily. No complaint or any issues with this hotel. Just perfect for us family of 4 ❤️

This hotel is a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are incredibly well-designed, very new, clean, and hygienic. The bedding is comfortable, the shower has excellent water pressure, and the hot water comes on instantly. There's also a desk and office chair, making it very convenient for daily work, and the internet is stable and fast. The breakfast is a major highlight, almost on par with five-star hotels. While there aren't as many varieties, even five-star hotels don't offer an endless array of options that one could possibly eat. This hotel opened in 2025, and initially, I was a bit worried about a new-decoration smell. However, after staying twice, there was absolutely no odor, and there's a small window for ventilation. The only minor drawback is that the hotel stops serving light business meals after 6 PM, and before 6 PM, only two set menus are available. Although there are many dining options nearby, including a restaurant in the same building as the hotel (with a different entrance), for business travelers, dining outside is definitely not as hygienic or comfortable as eating inside the hotel. I hope this area can be improved, perhaps by extending the business meal hours and offering more variety.
