Z smart properties in Xi'an

Good value for money hotel. Convenient transportation and good location. Bus station, subway station are not far away. The surrounding facilities are complete and the dining is convenient. The front desk service is active and friendly, like one! The room was clean and tidy, the bath water was abundant, and the floor towels were thick and easy to use.

Less than a 5-minute walk to the subway station. There's a supermarket downstairs. I stayed for 2 nights. The first night was fine, but on the second night, for some reason, the room started to smell bad. They sprayed air freshener, but the smell came back after an hour or two. Around midnight, I asked the staff to change my room. They upgraded me and helped with my luggage. The service was pretty good; at least I could finally sleep normally. However, I wouldn't dare stay there again.

Zsmart Hotel, a hidden gem near Xi'an's iconic Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Xiaozhai! The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The location is absolutely fantastic, with tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The service was also very attentive, and it offers great value for money. I loved it after just one stay and would definitely recommend it. The lobby was super clean when I arrived, with soothing music playing, and the air conditioning in the room was incredibly powerful and cool, definitely a lifesaver this summer, haha! The service was also top-notch.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with a large row of parking spaces in front, making parking incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk away. Getting to Huaqing Palace, the Terracotta Warriors, and the ”Song of Everlasting Regret” is all very easy and quick – a taxi ride for the starting fare is just around the corner. The rooms are clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a very cost-effective hotel, and I'd definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended for my girlfriend.

The room facilities were quite good and the service was also good. It's just a little out of the way, so there aren't many good takeout options, and there aren't many good places to eat or drink outside either. However, it's very close to the subway station, which is very convenient, and it's also quiet.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，特別驚喜！剛推開房門就沒有一點悶味，整體採光很好，地面、桌面、衞生間角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，床單被套看着都是剛換的，摸起來柔軟乾爽。前台辦理入住效率很高，手續幾分鐘就辦好，路上問周邊吃飯遊玩的地方，前台服務態度特別温和。床墊軟硬剛剛好，枕頭高度適中，加上房間隔音效果很不錯，走廊、外面街道的噪音幾乎聽不到，安安穩穩睡了一整晚。樓下便利店、餐館都很近，打車出行也方便，價格實在，性價比很高，已經把這家推薦給同行的朋友，下次再來這邊一定還選這家！

The price is affordable, and basic needs are met. The room is simple and clean, with bed sheets and towels changed daily, meeting hygiene standards. The location is close to attractions, and there are many snack shops nearby. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so it's safe and secure. The downsides are poor soundproofing, somewhat old facilities, and occasionally inconsistent hot water. However, for this price, it's very good value and suitable for travelers on a budget.
