Atour properties in Xiamen

My stay at Atour this time was truly wonderful! My flight was delayed by 4 hours, and I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. I was worried this would complicate check-in, but the front desk staff remained patient and smiling, quickly helping me with the process. Their warm welcome in the late, tiring night was much appreciated. Even more thoughtfully, upon learning I had an early flight the next morning, they helped me book a 6 AM airport transfer. The service was meticulous and considerate, which put me completely at ease. The room, as always, was clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing me to get some much-needed rest. Every time I stay at Atour, I experience that 'making journeys warmer' feeling, and this time was no exception. Many thanks to the front desk team, and to Atour for their professionalism and attentiveness! I'll definitely choose you again for my next trip.

The hotel is new and clean, and the service is very attentive. The location is excellent, super convenient for getting to the airport and the subway. The room is spacious and quiet, and the bedding is comfortable, so I slept very well. The 24-hour gym and laundry room are very practical for travelers. Overall, it's great value for money, perfect for business or leisure travelers who prioritize convenient travel and quality accommodation.

The room was very comfortable and clean. There was a good variety of options for breakfast, and the staff were all very friendly. They even offer free laundry service and return the clothes to your room. They also gave us a complimentary one-hour late checkout, which was a very thoughtful touch.

Bringing my child to Xiamen this time, choosing the right hotel was crucial! This hotel is simply the ultimate family-friendly accommodation. The location is superb; it's a 10-minute walk to Zhongshan Road, making it incredibly convenient to go to the Bashi Market for seafood or take a ferry to Gulangyu Island, saving us the trouble of hailing taxis and queuing. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, not only processing our check-in quickly but also proactively giving my child a small toy and patiently recommending family-friendly itineraries and tips to avoid common tourist traps. The room was impeccably clean, with soft, odor-free bedding. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and toiletries were complete, even including a non-slip mat specifically for children, which was prepared in advance. The biggest surprise was the free self-service laundry room; we could wash dirty clothes anytime, and they came out fresh and fragrant after drying, which was a huge convenience. The hotel was exceptionally quiet at night, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring my child slept soundly. This place offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose it again when I bring my family to Xiamen next time, and I've already recommended it to my friends with kids!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff was more than accommodating with the language barrier through our translators. Most hotel front desks are warm and efficient, proactively offering local tips, complimentary room upgrades, and late check-outs. Some even provide welcome honey drinks, souvenir gifts, or special toiletries for children, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast is super delicious, and they also have a 'Midnight Congee Road' (buffet late-night snack), which is great if you get hungry at night. My Xiamen trip was wonderful!

The staff were very warm and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located very close to MixC and Hubin Zhonglu Metro Station, about 200-300 meters away, a quick walk. It's also very easy to catch a taxi to all the attractions. The surrounding area is lively with many restaurants of all sizes, offering plenty of dining options.

I returned for another night's stay, and the hotel staff apologized for the laundry incident yesterday. This stay was very satisfying; they even upgraded my room and met my needs, which was truly excellent. What's even more noteworthy is the hotel's fantastic location. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, just a 4-minute walk to the Line 1 subway station. Zhongshan Road, the Botanical Garden, and Nanputuo Temple are all only a 10-minute taxi ride away, and the prices are reasonable. There's a night market right next to the hotel, making dinner incredibly convenient with street food and outdoor stalls; it's super lively at night. Directly opposite is the Pan Geng Centre, perfect for shopping and dining. All in all, it was a great stay.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and had a delicious breakfast too with a good Coffee machine. It's got a Gym and laundry room. The bed was very comfortable. A good hotel.

Stayed here 3 nights total. Beautiful room, delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location near shopping malls and lake. Definitely worth the money.
