The overall CP value of this house is great, but the logistics operation is poor. I paid a deposit of 500 yuan by WeChat transfer before moving in. I notified the owner to check out at 11:30am on the day of departure. I asked him when to return the deposit at 2:56pm, and he asked me to give him the payment code.
