The breakfast was plentiful, they offered free airport shuttle service, and the service was thoughtful. I would definitely come back again.

Our stay was incredibly surprising and delightful! The hotel toiletries are top-notch, every detail reveals their thoughtfulness. The soft-bristled toothbrush gently cleans without hurting gums, and the shampoo and body wash produce a rich lather, leaving hair feeling fresh and skin moisturized, with a subtle, sophisticated fragrance that isn't overpowering. The thick, anti-slip slippers are wonderfully soft to walk on, making the bathroom experience very safe. The pure cotton towels are super fluffy, highly absorbent, and don't shed. Mineral water and classic tea bags are provided, and the soap is moisturizing with a pleasant scent. Even small items like the comb and paper cups are of good quality, individually packaged for cleanliness and convenience. We felt comfortable and reassured throughout our stay – the attention to detail truly impressed us!

This is my first stay at the Atour brand, a local business hotel. I am impressed with the hotel given the reasonable pricing. It is clean, comfortable bed and value for money. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great, very near to the airport. Hence there is no traffic issues. I am a Mandarin speaker and hence no issue with communication. Not quite sure if they can manage English speaking travelers though. Another weakness is that unlike international brands business hotels, they only provide local power sockets. Personally, I will consider this hotel in future.

I always book Atour Hotel whenever I have a layover in Xiamen. Facilities: Excellent. They even have robots that deliver food orders right to your room, which is super convenient. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Service: They offer airport drop-off service, so you don't have to worry about missing early morning flights.

My stay at Atour this time was truly wonderful! My flight was delayed by 4 hours, and I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. I was worried this would complicate check-in, but the front desk staff remained patient and smiling, quickly helping me with the process. Their warm welcome in the late, tiring night was much appreciated. Even more thoughtfully, upon learning I had an early flight the next morning, they helped me book a 6 AM airport transfer. The service was meticulous and considerate, which put me completely at ease. The room, as always, was clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing me to get some much-needed rest. Every time I stay at Atour, I experience that 'making journeys warmer' feeling, and this time was no exception. Many thanks to the front desk team, and to Atour for their professionalism and attentiveness! I'll definitely choose you again for my next trip.

Very close to the airport. The hotel only provides free early morning airport transfer. Only takes around 10 mins drive by Didi or taxi. It's located in an industrial park, close to a new shopping mall SM LIFESTYLE, about 15 mins drive. The hotel allows early check-in and late checkout, which is very convenient for travellers.

Located within 10 mins drive from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. The hotel even provided complimentary send off service to airport from 5am-7am (pre-booking with front desk required). This is very thoughtful for those who is catching early flight. Rooms were clean and comes with complimentary mini bar. Free laundry service is a plus plus point. And not to forget about the simple porridge supper that always keep us warm after a long day.

This hotel is near to airport about 10minute. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. Give the best attention to customer needs . Kind and offering their help. I really feel so comfortable to stay this hotel. If i will visit have another transit at Xiamen and definitely will stay this hotel. and hotel room very clean and have free laudry room which is very convenient. I stayed at this hotel in China for a few days and I am very grateful to the staff for their warm care. My visa is overdue and I need to return to my country as soon as possible. I need RMB cash to buy air tickets that day, but my bank card can't be used. Only one credit card can be used normally. Mr. Zhou, the hotel staff, took me to the bank to help me deal with the card problem throughout the process. Although there is a language communication barrier, it was perfectly solved. This is my first time to China, and I feel very good. The Chinese people make me feel very friendly. I like China very much, and also like Yaduo.
