Great location. Lots of food options around. Small side alley right next to the main road. Only 3 mins walk to Bashi and maybe 10 mins to Zhongshan Lu. No hidden stairs to worry about.
There's free water, coffee, tea and ice cubes at the lobby. Sofa area and long table with chargeable ports are available at the lobby.
Staff was accommodating when I requested for late check out and if I could store food in their fridge. We were on the 3rd floor. Hence, could see residential flats right across the alley from our window.

Everything was great. One negative thing or rather a recommendation: for breakfast some sunny side up eggs or scrambled eggs would be great to have. Otherwise breakfast is totally Chinese style.

The location of this hotel is very nearby to those tourist places such as bashi and zhongshan street. The opposite of this hotel is the ferry terminal so is very convenient for tourist to go to those attractive spots.

Home Inn NEO Xiamen Zhongshan Road Ferry Seaview Store is a convenient choice, especially for those needing easy access to the ferry terminal. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The Chinese-style breakfast was flavorful, though it’s served near a bathroom, which caused an unpleasant odor. Our one-night stay was otherwise enjoyable.

The address is is not necessarily easy to find - my taxi driver couldn't. Additionally, the photo is not very clear. zdo not expect anyone at the hotel to speak English - a translation app is required. The breakfast was reasonable, the room was modern and clean, and the location - once found - was quite handy.
