Avoid this hotel in Xiamen! My last day was ruined 💢 Xiamen was a lot of fun, and I'd come back to the city, but definitely not to this hotel! As enjoyable as my trip was, the experience at the parking lot before leaving was utterly disgusting. I encountered a man and a woman who were absolutely terrible, with incredibly rude attitudes. The parking lot itself was also dirty and chaotic. What was supposed to be a perfect trip ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth. If you're driving, do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this place to avoid all the frustration!

The hotel is super close to Zhongshan Road, just a few steps away. You can see Gulangyu Island from the room, which offers a great view. The service was excellent and very responsive; they brought bottled water over really quickly when I asked. Breakfast was at Pizza Hut on the top floor. Although it was a set menu and a bit simple, it was still decent. Housekeeping cleaned daily, but they missed under the bed, where there were some sunflower seed shells left by a previous guest, haha.

Exceeded expectations! Among all the guesthouses I've stayed in, this one truly stands out for its safety, cleanliness, and excellent service. You need a key card to access your floor, and the front desk even helps with laundry and drying. The room itself is spacious and spotless, and the location is superb – Zhongshan Road is right downstairs. Yet, because it's on a higher floor, it's surprisingly quiet. There's a convenience store downstairs and a Pizza Hut on the top floor, which made my kids very happy. It's also super convenient to get to Heping Wharf for a ferry tour. We stayed at three guesthouses during this Xiamen trip, and this was by far the best experience.

The room was fantastic, directly facing Gulangyu Island and the waterfront. Zhongshan Road is right outside, and the ferry terminal to Gulangyu is just across the street. There's a bus stop downstairs, which is super convenient. If you take the subway, it's a bit of a walk or a short bus ride. The room was very photogenic, and the smart home features were really handy. It was also quite spacious. Most importantly, the staff's service was excellent. I had some items that needed refrigeration, and they were incredibly patient and helpful every time I needed to retrieve them. Highly recommend!

The location is super convenient, right across from Gulangyu Island and directly above Zhongshan Road. Overall, it's pretty good and I recommend staying here.
