Avoid this place! The hygiene at Xiamen Qiahao·Bieyuan B&B is severely substandard. After my stay, I was covered in red welts, suspected to be bed bug bites! They also killed over 20 mosquitoes, and the electric curtains opened automatically every 20 minutes, making it difficult to sleep. I chose this B&B for my happy trip to Xiamen, but after my stay, I had several large, itchy, red welts on my legs, severely impacting my travel plans. When I contacted the business, I only received a pre-written, official response, repeatedly emphasizing that they wash linens at high temperatures and regularly treat insects, without any reflection on the hygiene problems in the rooms. They simply said that the poor experience was our problem, without any substantial rectification plan or compensation measures – a complete evasion. They talk about strict hygiene standards, yet guests are subjected to mosquito bites. Where exactly is their so-called pest control? This terrible stay not only tormented my skin but also completely ruined my entire trip. I sincerely advise all tourists planning to visit Xiamen to avoid this place. Don't let poor hygiene ruin your long-awaited trip. Businesses should stop using template-based sales pitches to appease consumers, take hygiene issues seriously, and carry out thorough disinfection to prevent the next customer from suffering!

The room was clean and tidy, and the surrounding area was convenient for dining and shopping, as well as getting to the beach. The young lady providing service was very friendly; although there were mosquitoes in the room when we first arrived, she brought mosquito coils and floral water to deal with them. The only downside was that there was no elevator, but the young lady helped us with our luggage.

Overall, it was a good experience. The owner upgraded our room because they saw we had a child. Our plans changed, so we only stayed one night. We'll definitely come back again. Xiamen is a city where you can slow down and relax; it's worth a visit.

This stay at Haochao Courtyard really exceeded my expectations. The location was quiet and convenient, and the environment was clean and comfortable; I felt relaxed as soon as I entered. The room was cozy, the bedding was soft, and I slept very soundly. The owner was incredibly gentle and attentive, responding promptly to any questions and paying attention to every detail. The only minor drawback was that the toilet seat was slightly misaligned, but the staff were very helpful and resolved it quickly, so it didn't affect the overall experience at all. Overall, it was great value for money, and I felt as comfortable as staying at a friend's house. I would definitely choose this place again next time and recommend it to anyone looking to relax!

At Qiaoqiao Courtyard, I stole a leisurely half-day. The blue bricks and black tiles create a tranquil courtyard, and the aroma of tea permeates the air. The housekeeping is attentive and considerate. The location is excellent, making it convenient to various attractions. There's also a cafe with discounts for in-house guests. I always go there every day for an Americano, which is a wonderful way to start my trip. Highly recommended!

這次住得真的挺滿意！床品看着就很乾凈，被子枕頭睡着很舒服，晚上睡得特別香。老闆人很好，有什麼事找他們都回應得很快，服務很貼心。早餐意外的好吃，口味合得來。整體環境也安安靜靜的，住着放鬆。出行也方便，性價比不錯，過來玩住這裏挺合適，下次來還願意選這家，真心推薦。

這次入住體驗超出預期，整體感受特別舒服。房間打掃得十分乾淨，床品、衞浴都收拾得整潔清爽，住起來很安心。工作人員態度親切，還會貼心給我們推薦本地好吃好玩的地方，店主還養了衹可愛的狗狗，位置出行也方便，整體性價比很不錯，來廈門旅行很推薦這家，下次過來還會考慮再次入住。

非常客觀的評價一下這次的住宿體驗，帶着家人第二次來廈門了，挑選了很多民宿最後選擇了恰好別院，首先地理位置來講還是比較不錯的，這家民宿離廈門大學，環島路植物園都比較近，中山路也不遠門口有公交站，和大部分評價一樣，老闆和員工的服務態度都很好，有任何疑問都很及時響應，這點很不錯！床品整潔舒適，本來是定了一晚，後面又續住了，每天都有打掃服務，老闆看我們帶着小朋友還額外贈送了我們一份早餐，暑期這個價格，這個環境，還附帶早餐的民宿沒什麼好挑剔的了！美中不足的話就是沒電梯，定高樓得爬樓！不過這點可以忽略，因為民宿本身的體驗感已經超過了這個問題。還是值得五星好評的！
