Rusenbao Select Hotel（Xiamen Haicang District Government Branch)）

Had a small getaway with friends in Xiamen, and our stay at this hotel far exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to a shopping district, making it super convenient for shopping and finding food. The room itself was spacious and bright, with excellent attention to cleanliness. All the smart facilities were a refreshing touch. The soundproofing at night was very good, so our chats and rest weren't disturbed. The robot delivery service was a fun and interesting feature, saving us the hassle of going downstairs. The local dishes in the cafeteria were authentic, giving us a real taste of Fujianese local flavor. The staff were warm and welcoming, with thoughtful attention to detail. This comfortable stay definitely added a lot to our trip, and it's highly recommended for friends traveling together. I've already recommended it to friends planning to visit Xiamen.

I chose this hotel last minute because I had something to do, and I was so pleasantly surprised! It's a newly opened, standalone building with a great exterior. The front desk service was excellent from the moment I walked in, and the overall environment is lovely. When I entered the room, I felt like it was designed to compete with the Atour hotels – very simple yet sophisticated! Plus, there was even a personalized welcome message on the TV with my surname! That was a really nice touch!!

I have to rave about the robot service here! As an introvert, I was thrilled – I could order from the vending machine in my room and a robot would deliver it right to my door. No human interaction needed at all, which meant my privacy was perfectly protected. The freshly stir-fried dishes in the cafeteria had that authentic 'wok hei' flavor, and the oyster vermicelli was also really traditional. A server even asked if I wanted more soup when she saw me with my bowl – so thoughtful!

On a multi-day business trip, this self-service laundry room was a lifesaver! The washing machine and dryer combo meant my suits and shirts were ready in no time, ensuring I looked neat and presentable the next day. Robot delivery for food and documents was super convenient, saving me frequent trips downstairs and really boosting my sense of privacy and security. Plus, breakfast started early, so I could always grab a hot meal even when catching an early flight.

Big thumbs up for this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcome. The lobby decor is grand, and check-in at the front desk was quick. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the smart devices were a huge plus. The shower had great water pressure, and hot water came on instantly. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job every day, and even gave me extra bottles of water. The surrounding area is quiet, so I had a really good night's sleep. Highly recommend it to everyone!

I knew I'd be giving this place an excellent review the moment I checked in. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 8-day, 7-night road trip through Fujian, this one offered the best experience and value for money. The parking lot is large and convenient. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful with every request. The hotel amenities are comprehensive, including a washing machine, dryer, clothes dryer, and even a shoe dryer. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the disposable toiletries provided were very complete. Xiamen isn't that big, so there's no need to stick to accommodations right by the tourist spots. Staying here truly allowed us to experience local Xiamen life, and there's a night market with local specialties right next door. It's also super convenient for food. Highly recommended!

An absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel's exterior is grand, and the interior boasts a chic and luxurious design. Our room was spotless, with cozy and comfortable furnishings, and the bed was just the right balance of soft and firm. The housekeeping was incredibly meticulous, making the cleanliness absolutely impeccable. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing warm and attentive service. The hotel's facilities were excellent, offering a great experience. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. Highly recommend!

I genuinely recommend this hotel! Parking is never an issue here, as they provide free, dedicated parking spaces. The room's cleanliness was impeccable – spotless, fresh, and odor-free. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The front desk staff were attentive and thoughtful, with a warm and friendly demeanor, patiently answering all my questions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, making it a perfect choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure.

I really love this hotel! The front desk lady is beautiful and kind, offering exceptional service. She's warm, generous, and has the sweetest smile. Every time I come back, it feels like coming home. The rooms are clean and bright, with smart controls that make everything so convenient – I absolutely adore it! Plus, the parking lot is spacious with plenty of spots, which is super handy if you're driving. I highly recommend this hotel!
