An absolutely delightful experience. The hotel is conveniently located not far from Gulangyu Island, and getting a taxi was incredibly easy. We had a suite that was spotlessly clean. The location itself was quiet and peaceful, offering excellent value for money.

The front desk staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. She even kindly assisted us with our luggage. I was truly touched when she provided a charging cable after my own broke! They also upgraded us to a better room category since we were a large group. The room was spotless and felt very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next time!

The room was very clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, and my overall experience was great.

Overall, it was quite good. The host lady was also very friendly. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of an elevator, so we had to climb stairs to the second floor. Apart from that, everything else was great. The 1.8-meter bed was spacious enough for three people. I went with friends. Highly recommended!

We paid extra to upgrade our room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were very bright and offered a great view. The facilities were quite comprehensive, even including a garment steamer for ironing clothes. (I chose to use my own disposable bed sheet for personal hygiene.)

The room's cleanliness left much to be desired, and it was also quite small. The soundproofing from the windows wasn't great, and being street-side, it was quite difficult to get a good rest. Furthermore, the hotel is on the third floor and there's no elevator, which was very inconvenient for guests with luggage.

The hotel is located on the second floor, requiring guests to take the stairs. This could be inconvenient for those with heavy or large luggage, given the high ceilings. Fortunately, I had only a small bag, so it wasn't an issue. A staff member came down to greet me and politely offered to help, which I appreciated but didn't need. I assume if guests request assistance in advance, the hotel would help with luggage. The front desk staff were consistently polite, enthusiastic, and provided excellent service during my stay. For future guests, it's worth noting that some rooms are situated directly in the hallway with windows facing the corridor, so be sure to check the room type carefully on your booking platform. Upon arrival, the front desk offered a room preview, which was a nice touch, and even upgraded my room. Regarding the hotel's condition: many hotels and guesthouses, based on reviews across various booking platforms, have been open for quite some time. Therefore, don't expect immaculate walls, wallpaper, or flooring. My room was decent and met expectations, perfectly acceptable if you don't nitpick. Concerning toiletries and towels: I've observed in some hotel photos that towels (bath and hand) are often openly displayed. I did notice a minor flaw on one towel *after* use in my room, but I didn't report it. Personally, I find it's always best to bring your own if you prefer and don't mind the extra hassle when traveling. My stay was short, and I was mostly out exploring. However, the service attitude was good, and overall, I found my stay quite satisfactory. These are my personal impressions, offered for reference only!

The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows and the front desk service is satisfactory. It is not far from the tourist attractions.

The front desk is very easy to talk to, and the cleaning lady is also very nice. It's very close to Zhongshan Road, and a taxi costs only a dozen yuan. You can also order takeout, which is OK. The shower is also separated into dry and wet areas.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and the overall experience was very good. The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes walk to Zhongshan Road and major attractions and shopping areas, the transportation is very convenient. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom facilities were modern and there was plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi speed is very fast, which is convenient for work and entertainment. The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, the rooms and public areas were very clean, bed linen and towels were changed every day. The reception was very welcoming, check-in and check-out were quick, and the waiters were friendly and willing to help at any time.

The location of the hotel is super good. There are all kinds of delicious food as soon as you go out. The lady at the front desk also helped recommend delicious beef noodles. The service is super enthusiastic! The room is clean and tidy, highly recommended, I will choose this place next time I go to Xiamen!
