JI Hotel (Xiamen Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street Siming South Road)

The location is great, really close to Zhenhai Road metro station, making it super convenient to get around. It's right on Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, so there are tons of food options downstairs and nearby. The service was warm and attentive, highly recommend!

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was quite abundant. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The front desk thoughtfully provided an umbrella, and Zhongshan Road is right outside, which is super convenient for sightseeing and grabbing a bite to eat.

The deluxe king room was quite comfortable with excellent ventilation and a nice view. The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the subway. The service was also good. It was very convenient for dining out, with a ton of great food options nearby.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. I stayed for three nights with my mother, sister, and two children. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, their cheerful smiles made us feel right at home, and their attentive service truly touched me! When I booked, I had reserved different room types, but when they found out my 80-year-old mother didn't want to switch rooms, they specially coordinated internally to allow her to stay in her original room. I'm so grateful for that! Besides a little noise, everything else was fantastic 🎉. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Arrived late at night, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They upgraded our room, brought slippers for our child, and even provided complimentary breakfast. The room was well-equipped, and the breakfast, in addition to the standard offerings, included local Xiamen specialties like Shacha noodles and five-spice rolls.

Out of all the Ji Hotels I've stayed at, this was by far the worst experience. The hotel entrance is tiny, with tour groups hawking their wares right outside. You have to take an elevator up to the fourth floor to even reach the hotel lobby. All the rooms are on one floor, and it's a confusing maze to navigate. We booked a family room, but it was incredibly small, without even a proper desk or chairs. There was nowhere to put our belongings or do any work. I understand that space is at a premium in a bustling downtown area, but there was a perfectly empty spot next to the TV wall – couldn't they have installed a narrow shelf there? They advertised two 1.5-meter beds, but they felt exceptionally narrow. It would have been much better to have one 1.35m and one 1.8m bed for a family of three. Many details fell short compared to other Ji Hotels. The electric kettle was tiny, like a cup, meaning we had to boil water multiple times for three people. There were very few power outlets in the room. The shower only had a handheld showerhead. They only provided two small bottles of water, and even the extra ones we requested were small. Toiletries were handed to guests at the front desk. Everything felt skimpy and cheap. We had booked for three days but couldn't stand it after two and moved to another hotel. I will absolutely never choose this one again.
