Xiamen Royal Victoria Hotel

The hotel facilities are excellent, the views are beautiful, and the stay was a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided very thoughtful and attentive service, even giving us a welcome gift. The small cakes at the hotel's coffee shop were also quite delicious.

The hotel is beautiful and breakfast is quite good. However, the hygiene is just average. Perhaps it's because there were so many people during the holiday period that the service couldn't keep up.

The staff were really friendly and helped with our luggage. The room was very clean, and we had a great view of the sea right across the way. There's also a children's playground; it's not huge, but it's very clean, and our child had a wonderful time. They even gave my little one a sand-digging toy! The hotel's surroundings are also lovely, and it's close to the beach.

From the moment I stepped into the Xiamen Empire Garden Victoria Hotel, I was captivated by its strong European charm and serene atmosphere. The hotel's architecture features a classic beige main tone, with elegant and grand arched corridors and tower designs. The vines climbing the exterior walls resemble the marks of time, giving the entire building both a sense of historical grandeur and vibrant natural life. The most pleasant surprise was the lush lawn in front of the entrance, with greenery and sculptures artfully arranged. A morning stroll or an evening sit-down there truly made me feel a sense of tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtful details were evident everywhere. The breakfast, in particular, was diverse and authentic, and starting the day in the sun-drenched restaurant filled me with happiness. The hotel's location is also very convenient, not far from attractions and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing an excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Next time I visit Xiamen, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, but it was a total waste. The soundproofing is unbelievably bad; I could hear every word of the argument next door and their phone calls clearly. I was up all night, every night, and it was more exhausting than work. I talked to the front desk, and even though there were plenty of empty rooms in the off-season, they wouldn't let me switch. It felt like I paid good money just to suffer. The facilities are old and run-down. The swimming pool was empty, the gym was tiny, and the 'sea view' balcony room required me to crane my neck to even glimpse the sea – pure false advertising. If you want an experience of sleepless nights, a fake sea view, and old, dilapidated facilities, then by all means, come and try it out.

Great location. The room was spacious, breakfast was good, and the beach was nice. It's an older five-star hotel with good facilities.

My stay at the Xiamen帝元维多利亚大酒店 (Xiamen Dyana Victoria Hotel) was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located right on Huandao Road, just across the street from the Yefeng Village Beach. I booked a sea-view room, and it was incredibly spacious – even the most basic room type is 60 square meters, offering plenty of room to relax. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable too. The highlight was definitely the nearly 10-square-meter ocean-view balcony; I could see the sea right from my bed, and in the evenings, lounging on the balcony with the sea breeze was simply delightful. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options, including authentic Xiamen local delicacies that tasted great. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive, from the concierge to housekeeping, responses were always prompt. I had a really comfortable stay this time and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xiamen.

Our stay at the Dynasty Victoria Hotel was the most delightful surprise of our Xiamen trip, completely exceeding my expectations for a seaside getaway! The moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the strong Spanish-style architecture – white stucco walls and terracotta dome roofs, complemented by subtropical gardens covering 50% of the property. It felt like stumbling upon a Mediterranean secret, and every photo I took was Instagram-worthy. The ocean-view room was even more stunning. Over 60 square meters of spaciousness, featuring a nearly 10-square-meter balcony overlooking the breathtaking coastline of Huangcuo Beach. Waking up to the sound of waves in the morning and enjoying tea while watching the sunset from the balcony in the evening – every detail truly reflected its platinum five-star quality. The dining experience was also perfect! The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with everything from traditional Minnan dishes to Western cuisine. The fresh seafood, made-to-order noodle stations, and exquisite desserts were simply dazzling. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient. Huangcuo Beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and all the surrounding attractions are a short drive.
