Kempinski Hotel Xiamen

Pretty good. Although it was built in 2012, the service and atmosphere are still great. The facilities are a bit old, but everything else is fine. The cleanliness is also well maintained, though the window panes were a bit dirty.

The hotel feels a bit dated, but the location is excellent. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer an unobstructed view of Yuandang Lake. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the noodle station. The clear noodle soup mixed with meat sauce was absolutely delicious.

The hotel is by the Yuandang Lake, with a beautiful environment and good service. I didn't buy the hotel breakfast, and there aren't many places to eat nearby. You have to walk all the way to MixC to find breakfast. It's not far from the core scenic area, about a 3-5 kilometer taxi ride. I probably won't stay here again.

Great location, comfortable bedding, and very clean. The soundproofing is excellent too. I'll definitely be back!

Even though it's an older hotel, the service is still excellent. The floral arrangement at the entrance gives a warm, welcoming feeling. The only downside is that the air conditioning in the room was too warm and difficult to adjust, which made it hard to sleep.

The Kempinski Hotel Xiamen, located by the stunning Yundang Lake, receives rave reviews! It boasts breathtaking lake views, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The 'Little Yellow Duck' family room is particularly charming and fun, equipped with a tent and various toys – a real lifesaver for families with kids. The service is attentive and thoughtful, with a 24-hour butler on call. The buffet at the second-floor café is incredibly rich and varied, featuring Da Dong roast duck, freshly steamed seafood, and plump salmon sashimi. The Yue Fu Grand Restaurant offers authentic Cantonese cuisine and dim sum. The hotel's location is also great for families, with Yundang Lake Park and Nanhu Park within walking distance. It's perfect for both business trips and family vacations, with attention to detail that makes it highly recommended!

The room was great, and the toiletries were excellent! The breakfast was bountiful, and the service was attentive. Since I was on a business trip, I requested a one-hour late checkout, which the hotel kindly granted for free. I particularly appreciated being able to choose the firmness of the bedding, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a barbershop, swimming pool, gym, and massage room, making it perfect for both business travelers and tourists.

The room facilities are as clean as ever. Every time I come to Xiamen, I stay at this hotel. The service is great, and the environment is very grand. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit.
