This stay at the Sheraton was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Here are the main issues: 1. The TV was like something out of the 90s, using an old closed-circuit system. The remote was a universal one, but the kicker was it didn't even work! We had to call the front desk to send someone to re-pair it before we could use it. What's even crazier is that when my child was watching cartoons, the screen was full of static. 2. For a five-star hotel, they didn't even provide tissues on the desk, telling us to go to the bathroom to get them. 3. Despite providing ID for four people at check-in, the room only had two pairs of slippers.
