We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Hilton Xiamen. The hotel is well located, making it convenient to explore the city, visit nearby attractions, and enjoy local food. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Hilton Xiamen is a great choice for both leisure and business travellers. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Xiamen.

The Hilton Xiamen Panji boasts an excellent location, just over a 10-minute drive from Xiamen South Station, and is directly connected to a shopping center, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. This stay was in an Executive Suite, and the package included afternoon tea and dinner. While the afternoon tea selection wasn't vast, every item was exquisite. Breakfast was incredibly rich, featuring authentic Xiamen delicacies like Shacha noodles and peanut soup. Fangfang at the Executive Lounge was both professional and enthusiastic. I was very impressed with the 5th-floor fitness area; it's spacious and well-equipped with facilities like a yoga studio and a swimming pool. The room layout was well-designed and spacious, perfect for families with children. I'll definitely choose to stay at the Hilton again on my next visit to Xiamen.

Ah Gan's service was excellent. I've stayed here many times and always wanted to leave a review, but I'm usually in a hurry. This time I remembered! I really need to talk about my experience and feelings about the hotel staff. I was sitting nearby drinking wine, and whenever I seemed to need something, he would proactively come over to help. He was very enthusiastic and helped me a lot. I'm very grateful.

The hotel is quite clean and even offered welcome fruits. The location is excellent, with direct access to a shopping mall from the lobby, making shopping very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and ordering takeout is a breeze.

Nice amenities; nice staff, I loved the robot service. Was able to order delivery of all sorts conveniently. The mall is right downstairs which makes it so convenient.

Booked this for a guest and they said it was pretty good. We bought breakfast for over a hundred, but unfortunately, they didn't have time to eat it. The environment is decent, and the surrounding area is quite convenient. Would come again.

Excellent, I was extremely satisfied! I stayed for several days and had conversations with almost all the front desk ladies. They were all incredibly lovely, responsible, and spoke softly and sweetly – so endearing and gentle. On the night I checked in, they even gave me little cookies which were absolutely delicious! So, kudos to every front desk lady! The front desk guy was also very kind. The cleaning staff were also very lovely and polite. I really hope the cleaning lady gets some recognition or a reward! She was super cute and even arranged my teddy bear on the pillow – so adorable! Hotels with this kind of service truly make guests happy. These small details are the little joys that make the work worthwhile, so I'm very grateful! This was my first time staying at the Hilton Xiamen, and I had such a good impression that I even recommended it to my friends. I really hope they can get some recognition for their excellent service!

I was happy with this hotel from the moment I arrived. The doorman, whose name I didn't catch, proactively opened the car door and helped with my luggage. Seeing I had a child with me, he even took all my bags to the lobby while I checked in. Lin Jiankai at the front desk handled my check-in, patiently answering all my questions. I requested a quiet room and ended up on the top floor. The room was a good distance from the executive lounge, so it was very quiet, yet still conveniently located for easy access to the lounge. My visit to Xiamen for the May Day holiday was primarily due to the hotel's excellent transportation links. It was a 30-minute taxi ride to the Botanical Garden (due to holiday traffic), and less than 10 minutes by taxi to SM and MixC malls. The hotel itself is connected to Panji Center, which offers a variety of dining options and a cinema. As soon as we checked in, we went to Tongren Siji Coconut Chicken, which was only about 50 meters from the front desk – so convenient and delicious! When I got to the room, I initially thought it might not be very bright based on the online photos, but it was actually very well-lit. You could also request staff to open the windows. I didn't take photos when I first entered, and later the room got a bit messy, so I didn't bother. A few details about the room really stood out: a shoe shine kit and cloth, and by the bathtub, there were disposable tub liners, a loofah, and bath salts. These little touches are a huge plus for me, as many hotels only provide these upon request. The next day, the cleaning lady even left a pack of Heart to Heart facial tissues by the sink, which I think speaks to the quality of the hotel's amenities. Again, many five-star hotels have tissues that fall apart easily. Now, for the executive lounge: The afternoon tea offers three types of pastries and fruit. While not extensive in variety, the quality of the pastries is superb and very tasty. As someone with high standards for desserts, I give Panji Hilton's desserts a five-star rating. Happy Hour, starting at 6:00 PM, is even more impressive, with at least seven or eight hot dishes. On the first night, there was black garlic duck soup, and on the second night, morel mushroom chicken soup, along with roasted lamb. The evening desserts were different from the afternoon selection, and again, they were absolutely delicious! Also, there's a lovely staff member in the lounge, Ms. Cao Mengying, who is incredibly professional. Not only did she provide meticulous service in the lounge, but since I was staying on that floor, she would always greet me whenever I left or returned, making me feel truly at home. The hotel's smart features are also up-to-date, with an electric toilet in the room and robots that can deliver meals. Regarding service, I had an unexpected injury at the hotel. Trip.com's customer service followed up promptly and with concern, and the hotel also handled it very efficiently. They even called the next day to check on my wound and left a box of cheese sticks in the fridge for me. For other requests, like mineral water, Kung Fu tea sets, and bed rails, the hotel provided everything I needed. Thumbs up! Due to work, I'll be coming to Xiamen often in the future, and I will definitely choose Panji Hilton again next time!

The location is excellent! It's less than a ten-minute drive from Xiamen Station. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall and Metro Line 1, making dining and getting around super convenient. The breakfast spread is quite rich, and the freshly-made noodles are delicious. The lady at check-in was very kind; she swapped our executive double afternoon tea for two kids' breakfasts, so we didn't have to pay extra. Overall, it lives up to its five-star quality.
