The front desk staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and quite clean, and the breakfast was abundant. The airport shuttle service was convenient, making it a great choice for a layover in Xiamen!

I had a business trip to Indonesia and needed to transfer in Xiamen, so I specifically booked the Xindongya Hotel. Overall, the experience was great!👍 The hotel is only about 1 kilometer from Xiamen Gaoqi Airport's departure hall and offers a free shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers with early morning flights. My flight was at 8 AM, and leaving the hotel at 6 AM was more than enough time; I didn't have to worry about missing my flight at all. Since my flight was so early, I missed the hotel breakfast, but the front desk thoughtfully packed a breakfast for me, which was a really nice touch ❤️. The hotel environment and room decor are quite clean, making it very suitable for business travelers or those needing an overnight stay for an airport transfer. The price is also quite reasonable, offering good value for money. The only slight disappointment was the noticeable noise from the air conditioning when it was running. It felt like the equipment was a bit old. If they could upgrade the AC units, the overall stay would be even better. Overall, with its proximity to the airport, free shuttle service, attentive service, and good value for money, it's a recommendable hotel near the airport.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find food. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for an undisturbed night's rest. The hot water in the bathroom was consistent, and the front desk staff was efficient with check-ins and had a warm, friendly attitude. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I had a very comfortable stay.

My son had a layover in Xiamen and arrived at 12 AM, so after comparing options, I booked this hotel. The airport shuttle service was excellent, punctual and on time. The room was also very good.

I booked this hotel temporarily for a layover, and overall it was quite good. The airport pickup and drop-off were very quick, getting to the airport usually within 5 minutes. The room was generally quiet, and the shower water was good. For the price, it offers decent value for money.

The room was okay, but it was really noisy! Did the cleaning staff only replenish the toiletries? It looks like they didn't even clean the room at all! This must have been left by the previous guest! The cleaner didn't even notice it!!! We were too tired from sightseeing to complain about it. All I can say is, your staff really lack a sense of responsibility!!!

Absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel: Terrible front desk service! The in-room Wi-Fi was abysmal! Deliveries can only be picked up from a shelf outside the hotel entrance! Honestly, besides the very kind security guard who helps with airport transfers, I can't find a single positive thing to mention. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!

The room lighting was very dim, and some of the lights were broken and hadn't been fixed. There were hairs on the towels and an unknown soap in the bathroom. However, the front desk staff had a very good attitude.
