The hotel staffs don't have service mind and not interested in guest 😕. They didn't want and try to communicate with customer. The air conditioner is broken and always hot even the remote set 16°C but it's still hot. Poor amenities.

Only stayed one night, so it was just okay. At this price, I can't really complain, especially since I had an early flight. It's a very, very basic guesthouse, converted from a regular residential building.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and it's very clean. The environment is also fantastic, and the service is great. It offers really good value for money. I stay here often and will definitely be back!

My overall stay was fantastic! The hotel was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bathroom amenities were fully stocked. The bed was soft and incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet environment. The staff were attentive and friendly, and always responded quickly. The location was convenient, the facilities were comprehensive, and the value for money was unbeatable. Highly recommend!

If you want to prank your enemy, send them here. This place is an absolute dump. It's filthy and chaotic. They put a layer of rotten foam boards on an already decaying floor. There were cockroaches and a lot of mosquitoes. You could easily hear people downstairs drinking and chatting. It was just awful. Da Fen, why is there even a 0.5-star rating? This is the absolute worst.

This is my first time giving you a bad review, and I've always stayed at your hotel when flying to Xiamen. This time was truly the worst. The front desk service was terrible. They just said the airport shuttle was full and told me to take a taxi myself. When I asked if there were any other options, they just stayed silent and kept repeating 'there's nothing we can do.' Plus, the water from the water heater was yellow. Among all the front desk staff changes you've had, this one is the absolute worst.

Good location if you want to just stay a quick night to transit in airport and if you dont ask much about quality and cleanliness for this price. They do provide drop off to airport which is good

Right next to the airport... I just picked a hotel with a shuttle service. Overall, it was pretty average, but you get what you pay for. You could hear everything going on in the next room clearly. Airport shuttle service.

The room was excellent. Airport Transfer Service: They offer Mercedes pick-up and drop-off, and the phone reminders were very thoughtful and timely. Environment: For this price, it's incredibly good. There are food streets all around. Service: Complimentary bottled water was provided. Amenities: The refrigerator and washing machine were fully equipped.

Airport transfer service: Absolutely excellent! They even helped with our luggage, which was fantastic 👏 Definitely worth praising! The room was also very comfortable, well-equipped, and the staff's attitude was exceptionally good! Super highly recommended, and oh right, the location is great too!

Hygiene: Terrible, there was a strange smell. Environment: Very noisy. Service: Awful, the air conditioning was broken, and the blanket was too small. They wouldn't even provide an extra blanket, I was freezing! 🥶
