Riyuegu Hot Springs Hotel

My experience at Riyuegu Hotsprings this time was fantastic and I highly recommend it. They offer a free shuttle service, making transportation very convenient. The hotel itself has a Southeast Asian design. The front desk staff were warm and attentive during check-in, and the process was efficient. They were also patient when answering my questions. The room was spotlessly clean and bright. The hot spring water quality was excellent and very clear. The hot spring park offers a wide variety of springs and comprehensive facilities. After soaking, my skin felt warm and much of my body's aches and fatigue were relieved. There are many small squirrels in the hotel's central garden, and Alaskan Malamutes in the mornings. The water in the hotel club's swimming pool was also crystal clear, and there were plenty of entertainment facilities. I tried their new wellness activity, the 'Water Sound Bowl Frequency Adjustment,' which I highly recommend. You float on a mat in the pool, close your eyes, and just feel completely relaxed. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely be back.

The indoor area is filled with unique stone sculpture decorations, offering intricate details, while the outdoor relaxation area is quiet and elegant, perfect for a break whenever you feel tired. The resort experience is fantastic, with a variety of natural hot spring pools that leave you feeling completely relaxed. It’s suitable for both couples and families with children. The service is attentive, and the park is clean and tidy, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. This is definitely my top choice for a relaxing getaway in Xiamen, and I'll be back again!

Our stay at Riyuegu Hot Spring Resort was exceptional from the moment we arrived. As soon as our luggage reached the lobby, a staff member promptly took it to our room. Throughout our stay, whenever we requested extra bottled water, it was delivered immediately, with no waiting time at all. The room was clean and refreshing, and both the bedding and bath amenities were of high quality, making for a very comfortable stay. We even received complimentary warm, delicious sweet soup delivered to our room in the evening, a thoughtful touch that showed great attention to detail. During the day, we visited the hot spring park, which boasts a beautiful environment with various pools nestled amongst lush greenery. The water quality was clean and crystal clear. A special highlight was the sound healing experience with singing bowls in the water. The low-frequency resonance of the bowls, combined with the buoyancy of the hot spring water, transformed me from a state of tension to complete relaxation. Afterwards, I felt as if I had enjoyed a long, peaceful sleep, with a light and refreshed body and mind. This is one of the few places I would gladly bring my family back to. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for genuine relaxation – it's truly worth it.

This hot spring hotel is an absolute gem for family trips – I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids! From the moment we walked in, we could feel the genuine care. The room was spacious enough for the kids to roll around freely, and its cleanliness would satisfy even the most fastidious guest. What really impressed me were the anti-slip markings and mat specially placed around the bathtub – a detail-oriented person like me felt instantly reassured, making bath time for the kids worry-free. The clubhouse on the first floor was a paradise for children: the indoor kids' play area was brightly colored and fully equipped with slides and a ball pit. The pool water temperature was just right, and the water was crystal clear. My kids happily spent all day in the water, refusing to get out, giving this tired mom a much-needed break on a nearby lounge chair. The front desk lady had a sweet smile, and check-in was incredibly efficient. She even proactively offered children's slippers and bathrobes – full marks for attentiveness!

The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. They even provided umbrellas, which was thoughtful for guests going to the hot springs in the rain. The hotel also gave us two complimentary tickets to the hot spring park, and we could enjoy unlimited hot spring baths right in our room.

We also received complimentary hot spring tickets, and the hot spring pools themselves were stunning, like something out of a fairyland. Kids loved the family suite so much, they didn't want to leave! ❤️ We brought our child to Xiamen this time, and the hotel upgraded us to a Sun and Moon Valley family suite. The overall experience was even better than expected, perfect for a family vacation. The room was very spacious. As soon as we entered, my child started exploring everywhere. The room was filled with animal-themed furniture and decorations – deer, ponies, a giraffe lamp, and many adorable plush toys. It was truly whimsical! Even my usually picky daughter had a blast, spending half the day just taking photos in the room. The bed was huge, easily accommodating four people without feeling cramped. The overall decor had a Southeast Asian resort vibe. Although the hotel has been open for a while, it's well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, without that dated feel you sometimes get with older hotels. The hotel itself has plenty of facilities for kids: billiards, table tennis, a swimming pool, and a children's activity area, all of which helped us pass the time. Our family also played a super-sized foosball game, which was a lot of fun. The hot spring area is right across the street, with a shuttle service running back and forth, making it incredibly convenient. After a relaxing soak, coming back to rest was a breeze. The breakfast selection was also quite varied, with both Chinese and Western options, generally satisfying the tastes of our entire family. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially towards families with children.

Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying! The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was warm, attentive, and responsive.
