The young man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. He processed my check-in quickly, proactively informed me about breakfast times, and directed me to the elevators. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes and was spacious and bright. Staff were prompt in responding to requests and communicated politely and gently. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Very good, the environment is lovely. It's really nice to take a stroll in the garden in the morning. The hotel breakfast is also excellent, especially the freshly made satay noodles, which are delicious. It's convenient to get around from here with public transport readily available, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The room is also great, very clean, and the bellboy was very enthusiastic.

The hotel has a simple yet cozy decor. The hot water supply is ample with good pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. The soundproofing is excellent, so it's very quiet at night. It's conveniently located near Baolong Yicheng and Wanda Plaza, making daily life easy. Highly recommended.

The overall hotel experience was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The front desk attendant was efficient with check-in and even helped us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options and was quite satisfying. We also received a complimentary welcome fruit platter upon arrival. Excellent value for money!
