1. 老闆有接送服務，特別好，從火車站接，走時也送！服務點贊
2.位置有點彎彎繞繞，不接還是有點不好找，離火車站有些距離。
3. 類似公寓房，沒有電視，衞生乾淨

我定的是特惠房，老闆免費給升級了大床房。住他們的房子都是幫你車接車送到地鐵口。房間該有的設施都有，老闆和老闆娘非常好，有需求都是第一時間迴應。這個價格配這樣的設施和服務我很滿意。所有行程從來不寫點評的，這個必須寫一下。

住的地方離北站很近，非常方便，老闆人很好很隨和，一下單就馬上打電話過來親自開車免費來接我，入住時還特意詢問早上幾點出發。他好早點起床來送我進站[強][強]感謝這麼真誠的老闆，住宿條件不錯，乾淨衞生也很安靜，住得舒心

出乎意料的好。民宿老闆來接站，一路上服務態度都很好很耐心。到了房間很乾凈，設施齊全，房間也很大。走的時候還送到地鐵站了，總之非常滿意，性價比超高！

老闆會來天水站街，但其實步行到天水站也就五分鐘，離地鐵近，裝潢很新，老闆人很好協助我很多事，房間的乾淨程度是我在大陸目前住過最乾淨的
