A great hotel with excellent service and views. The facilities are comprehensive. I hope they can add self-service laundry facilities. The air conditioning in my room wasn't the best, but it was acceptable. They promptly addressed the issue and offered an apology gift, which was very nice.

Coming to Conrad Xiamen, I was treated to an absolutely stunning sunset! The hotel's view is truly unique and boasts an unrepeatable beauty. The service level is also excellent; the staff are enthusiastic, help with the elevators, and greet you with genuine warmth. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the overall experience was still wonderful. The service, views, and location more than make up for the outdated hardware. However, I do hope they will improve maintenance in the future.

The Executive Seaview King Room offers an unparalleled, unobstructed panoramic view of Gulangyu Island! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was very attentive, and the bathtub with a sea view was an amazing experience. This is a must-stay hotel when visiting Xiamen.

Overall, it was a pretty average experience. For me, when staying at a hotel, hygiene and value for money are the most important things. I originally booked a Luda family room, but they upgraded me to a sea-view family room for free because the curtains were broken. Everything seemed fine, but in the sea-view room I moved to, there were hairs at the base of the toilet wall, and it looked like ***** hair. I was disgusted but didn't take a picture. Also, their family rooms require an extra bed. When the lady came to add the bed, I asked her to place it further away from the main bed, repeating it two or three times. Each time, she said the desk couldn't be moved or there wasn't enough space on that side. I got impatient and said, 'Fine, just put it here, I'll do it myself.' After she left, I moved it further away from the main bed. How come I could move it but she couldn't? Was it really impossible, or was she just too lazy? Finally, the breakfast. An extra person costs 266, which is really not cheap. The variety was very limited, and the taste wasn't even as good as the Atour hotels I've stayed in. My parents, who were with me, also said it was very average, and my mom is a European tour leader who is usually very lenient about food. In short, although there were no major issues, for the price of 1800 per night, these small problems are magnified. It feels like for 1800, you're just selling the high floor and the sea view. Can't the hotel ensure basic hygiene and service? Did I spend 3600 over two days just to see hairs in the corner of the wall and the attendant's bad attitude? I've stayed at 800-900 Hilton hotels in Qingdao with better service, and 800-900 Hyatt hotels in Nanjing with better hygiene and service. I hope they reflect on this.

Conveniently located for everything, with thoughtful butler service that caters to all your needs. The Shacha noodles for breakfast are exceptionally delicious with a generous amount of ingredients. The swimming pool is also very clean, and all the staff members are incredibly friendly.

Great environment, excellent service, and a beautiful view from the window. My kids had a wonderful time, and the surrounding area is very convenient with easy access to transportation. The afternoon tea and happy hour at the executive lounge were delightful.

During the day, you can enjoy the island set against the blue sky and white clouds, and at night, admire the glimmering sea and distant lights. The room is simply elegant, and the amenities are high-quality. Check-in was smooth, and the service was excellent. 🌊Conrad Xiamen | Cloud-level Sea View in the Twin Towers Boasting panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, the endless sea stretches out before you. Overlooking the entire Lujiang River and Gulangyu Island, the sunset sea view is both romantic and incredibly therapeutic. It's a fantastic spot for photos, the room is spacious and clean, though slightly dated and not as modern/smart as some. The service is attentive, and getting to Xiamen University and Shapowei is very convenient. This was the most delightful accommodation experience of my trip to Xiamen!
