White Dolphin Hotel Xiamen

The Xiamen White Dolphin Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Huandao Road, just a few minutes' walk from Huangcuo Beach, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying the sea and watching the sunrise. The hotel is clean and tidy overall, with spacious and bright rooms. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff are warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, they answered all our questions, and even kindly recommended sightseeing and dining tips. It's also close to the 'One Country, Two Systems' monument, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yefengzhai. It offers great value for money, and my overall experience was very satisfying!

The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is convenient. It's super easy to watch the sunrise at Huangcuo Beach; you just walk down a 200-meter slope and cross the road to reach the 'One Country, Two Systems' beach. You can cycle to the central area of Huangcuo in about 5 minutes. The hotel has an old-school, elegant decor, but it lacks modern conveniences and smart features, for example, there are no USB charging ports. However, everything else is great. The breakfast selection is a bit limited, which doesn't quite match the hotel's star rating.
