Very nice hotel. Breakfast : delicious Location : convenient, lot of food and restaurants Only 1 weakness is superior room there is no fridge in the room.

The food is very good. The room is big and tidy and clean. The staff are helpful. The lifts are only for this hotel.

The room was very spacious, and we even received a free upgrade upon check-in, perhaps because it was the off-peak season. The hotel's location is excellent and it also comes with a parking lot. There's a subway entrance right next to the building, making transportation very convenient.

Landed in Xiamen early in the morning. Perhaps because it was off-season, we were able to check in immediately, and they even upgraded our room. The hotel breakfast was also good; I tried their specialty Shacha noodles, and the subtle Shacha flavor was quite palatable. The subway station is quite close (within sight), but we opted to take taxis for all our outings, which made getting around very convenient.

The room was spacious and clean, the TV was huge, and from our high-floor room, we had direct views of the lush, green peaks of Xiamen Botanical Garden. It made for an absolutely perfect vacation experience! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the self-service laundry was very convenient, and breakfast also featured a rich spread of local Xiamen specialties. Next time I visit Xiamen, I'll definitely choose this place again! (Just a 5-minute walk across the road, the Shacha Noodles at Shacha Lin are delicious!)

Highly recommend! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, providing detailed tips on how to make the most of Xiamen and how to book ferry tickets. The breakfast was delicious, and we also appreciated the complimentary late-night snacks and free laundry service – truly a great experience. Service: On our last day, they kindly granted us a late check-out until 2 PM.

The hotel offers a full range of facilities, excellent sound insulation, and convenient access. The premises were spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The late-night congee service was a particularly thoughtful and comforting touch. I had a very satisfying stay and highly recommend it! 🌹🌹

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from most attractions. The service was great. I'm a repeat guest at Atour and always appreciate its simple yet chic design. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was quite varied and substantial, making it a great budget-friendly option. It's also very convenient for catching a taxi and ordering food delivery.

Atour is always our top choice when traveling, and this trip to Xiamen with our child was no exception – it was fantastic! We arrived by high-speed train, getting off directly at Xiamen Station. The hotel is super convenient, just about a 10-minute taxi ride away, right in the city center. Jiangjunci Metro Station is less than 100 meters to the right from the hotel entrance, and it's only two stops to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, which was incredibly handy. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even offered us two days of complimentary breakfast. On checkout day, we were out enjoying ourselves and missed the 2 PM key card return time (our luggage was already packed and stored at the front desk), but they didn't rush us at all. As we were leaving, a male staff member at the front desk even gave our child a bubble toy, which made our little one incredibly happy. Such thoughtful service!

Atour, as always, was a reliable and satisfying choice. I personally found this particular branch's location to be excellent. It's not far from key attractions like the Dongdu Ferry Terminal (for Gulangyu Island), Zhongshan Road, and Xiamen University. What I liked most was its location right in Xiamen's old town. The surrounding buildings, residential areas, and shops exude a wonderful local charm and authentic vibe; I even spent half a day just walking around and soaking it all in today. The hotel's service was also excellent, arguably its biggest highlight. The front desk staff were all incredibly warm and polite, even surpassing the service I experienced at the Haiyue Villa, where I stayed previously. When there were too many food deliveries for the robots to handle, the front desk staff would personally bring them up to our room, even apologizing for any wait! (Though honestly, *we* were the ones feeling a bit sheepish!) Additionally, the room was very spacious with high ceilings, which made it feel wonderfully open and airy. The air conditioning was powerful and efficient, and I found no issues with cleanliness. Finally, ordering food delivery nearby was incredibly convenient, with a vast array of options. You don't even need to make a special trip to Ba Shi (the Eight Market) for food – the delivery options are cheaper and just as delicious!

The morning staff, especially those I encountered, were incredibly warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to help with any request. Unfortunately, the afternoon staff were quite average. The breakfast spread each morning was fantastic and incredibly generous. With a wide array of main dishes, fresh vegetables, fruits, and various beverages, it offered everything needed for a hearty start to the day, leaving me feeling full and energized! A thoughtful farewell gift was also provided upon departure, which was a very nice gesture.

The cleanliness was only average; I even found hair. I won't go into further detail as I've already left more extensive feedback on their dedicated complaint platform. The hotel needs to pay more attention to minor details. Aside from that, it was acceptable, though the room wasn't particularly spacious. The location is great, being very close to the subway. Service responses were also quite prompt, and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly and welcoming 👍🏻.

Everything is easily accessible, and it's super convenient for taking taxis or the subway. Plus, right next to the hotel is a '202 Food Stall' where you can savor authentic Fujian cuisine. By the way, for friends planning to visit the Botanical Garden and Nanputuo Temple, here's a recommended route: Enter through the Botanical Garden, walk through the rainforest and succulent plant areas, then exit from the Wulaofeng mountain gate. From there, it's a downhill stroll to Nanputuo Temple. This path is quite relaxed and also helps you bypass any tunnel congestion.
