This stay was incredibly hassle-free; everything from check-in to check-out was smooth sailing. The location is fantastic, making it convenient for sightseeing and finding places to eat, whether on foot or by public transport, saving you a lot of time on the road. The room was very clean and bright, with good natural light; even during the day, the room was bright enough without needing to turn on the lights. The bed was comfortable, and the toiletries were convenient and didn't feel cheap. The staff were very friendly; when I needed to borrow a charger, they brought it over quickly and efficiently. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

We had a class reunion and got drunk, so we booked a room at this place. For safety reasons, someone had to stay with us during our stay. They even provided extra bottles of mineral water and milk for free to help us sober up, just in case we got thirsty. A big thumbs up for the service and ambiance!

The location is easy to find, very close to where I'm on my business trip. There's a free car rental area, the lobby looks very grand, and the staff helped me with my luggage; the service was indeed quite good. The environment seems to have just opened.

經過湘鄉途中，車子壞了，在旁邊找了一個修車店。由於修車，晚上就在修車店對面。維多利亞酒店入住，酒店帶有肯德基早餐和沒早餐，我選擇訂了沒有早餐的，價格很可以，環境也還不錯，由於車子沒修好，晚點退房。前台小姐姐沒有收我的超時費，真心不錯

朋友過生日，特意來湘鄉喝酒唱歌搞到好晚，臨時不回去，就網上訂了酒店，熱水很大，出熱水很快，熱中央空調也給力，房間還有淡淡香水味，真是特別奈斯，下次朋友家人來湘鄉肯定還會再次選擇維多利亞

很不錯耶！第一次來湘鄉，對很多地方都不熟悉，前台小姐姐熱心指路，早餐居然是肯德基！3個品類都試了一下，推薦B套餐哈，其他一般，可以前台約好早餐時間，工作人員直接送門口還是很貼心了。裝修雖然有些時間，但好在保養不錯，品質在那裡，重點是水壓大，大到心坎裏了，哈哈哈，湘鄉城區不大，這個位置還是安靜的，交通也方便，不錯不錯哈，有機會再來
