The QUBE Hotel Xiangyang (Wanda Plaza Branch): A City Living Room on Wolong Avenue, a High-Quality Home Away from Home
On Wolong Avenue in Xiangyang's Fancheng District stands a high-quality business hotel under Greenland Group, a Fortune Global 500 company — The QUBE Hotel Xiangyang. It sits squarely at the modern pulse of this ancient, thousand-year-old city, using quality as its brush and Wolong Avenue as its scroll, writing a composed and considerate stay for every traveler who comes from afar.
Check-in: Efficient, Unhurried, and Truly Like Home. Step into the lobby, and the front desk staff's smile arrives together with their inquiry. Check-in is swift and well organized — many guests mention that "the front desk handled check-in efficiently and even proactively upgraded the room type," while others recall receiving a cup of warm ginger tea in winter, or being chased down at checkout with a bottle of warmed mineral water. The hotel offers a range of guest rooms and suites, with a 24-hour front desk open year-round — whether you arrive late at night or set off at dawn, someone is always there for you.
Environment: Tranquil Amid the Bustle, Prosperity Beyond the Window. The hotel is located in Greenland Central Plaza, adjacent to the Changhong Road commercial district, where pedestrian streets and a wide variety of dining venues abound, and it is close to Greenland Binfen City. Beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows, the city skyline shifts through morning light and nightfall; close the window, and the traffic noise from the elevated road is shut out, leaving only a quiet room. One guest noted, "It's near the elevated road but there's barely any noise — you can sleep peacefully." The balance between vibrancy and serenity is struck just right.
Cleanliness: Spotless, and Reassuring. Among the large volume of genuine reviews on the platform, one guest wrote, "You rarely see any water scale in the bathroom," while another remarked that "the corners of the room are spotless, the bathroom has a wet-dry separation and no odor." Daily housekeeping is carried out in an orderly manner, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and hot water arrives quickly — these seemingly ordinary details are precisely the most reassuring comforts on a journey.
Facilities: Suited to Both Activity and Rest. The hotel's facilities are impressively generous: the constant-temperature pool has clean water with no smell of disinfectant, and the sauna and fitness center are open to guests free of charge, with equipment that is "no different from a commercial gym." On the dining side, the self-service breakfast is primarily Chinese-style, and the freshly made Xiangyang beef noodles have been called by several guests "tastier than the trendy noodle shops on the street"; free late-night snacks are also offered in the evening, with beef noodles and beef offal noodles providing a warm comfort for those returning late. The hotel additionally provides 200 parking spaces and XPeng charging stations, making self-driving trips convenient and worry-free.
Transportation: Well Connected, Easy In and Out. The hotel is located at a junction of elevated roads. It is roughly a 35-minute drive from Xiangyang Liuji Airport, about 15 minutes by car from Xiangyang Railway Station, and around 35 minutes from Xiangyang East Station. A drive to Xiangyang Ancient City, Gulongzhong, or the Tangcheng Film Base takes only about 25 minutes, and to Mi Gong Temple about 15 minutes. Since the elevated road in front was completed, travel to anywhere in the city has become convenient and smooth — one guest commented, "You get off the elevated road and you're right there; the location is great."
Service: Attentive to the Finest Detail, Warm as a Friend or Neighbor. In the hotel's reviews, "warm and attentive service" is a repeatedly mentioned keyword. Front desk staff such as Xiao Jia, Xiao Zhang, Xiao Qi, Anqi, Lin Lu, and Jin Zhiwei — many guests have noted these names in their reviews, along with the image of them proactively helping solve problems and patiently recommending sightseeing routes. The small snacks given at checkout, the hot tea offered at check-in, the bowl of beef noodles for those returning late at night — service lies not in grand gestures, but in those "moments that are exactly what you need."
【Stay at The QUBE Hotel: explore the ancient city and Gulongzhong by day, enjoy a bowl of beef noodles after nightfall — a high-quality home away from home on Wolong Avenue.】
