房間枕頭有血痕一樣的東西，讓服務員過來換，服務員給我來一句，在外面住賓館就是這樣，愛乾淨衹有自己帶，，本來準備讓他換了就算了，聽到這話越想越氣，直接勸各位能不來這家酒店，就別來，房間很悶，牀頭櫃沒有插座，甚至還有廁所味（剛進去很香，進去待一會了就有廁所味）廁所是沒有門的還有就是裏面的罐頭，紅牛不要喝，收費，並沒有明確説明要收費

住了這麼多年酒店，第一次見礦泉水還要收費的，外面兩塊的景田在房間裏賣三塊，商品上也沒標收費。。。。環境衞生一般

本來在華豐路吃飯就近訂了這裏，進去後我把身份證放在吧枱上説有預訂，一個齊劉海的女的衹顧在玩手機抬頭就特別不爽的給了我一個白眼説我嚇到她了，然後就態度很不好的説：啥名字？然後好像我差她錢一樣的跟我説200按金。我的天啊，你是做服務業的，我不需要你多為我服務但是最起碼你自己的職業素養都沒有嗎？如果你衹想玩手機可以待在家裡不要出來上班。但是辦完了後在上電梯時候有個10歲左右的小男孩説你到幾樓啊我可以幫你按電梯，我猜可能老闆兒子吧，這裏我還是滿意的，一個小孩子都有這樣的服務意識一個前台能怎麼那麼差勁。進去房間後看到洗浴用品很隨意的放在地上我也是很無語，本來想洗個澡就睡覺的，可是當我看到那個枕頭聞了一下問道後那個平放在那裡的枕頭絕對是上個住客退房後沒有換的，然後我實在受不了就退房了，下去仍然是那個女的給我辦的退房，態度仍舊不好，也並沒有問才開的房間怎麼就退房了，體驗實在是糟透了
