PULLMAN TAIZHOU SHENXIANJU

Traveling to Shenxianju, I specifically chose the Pullman Taizhou Shenxianju hotel. It felt like a hidden paradise nestled amidst mountains and water. The new Chinese-style garden is elegant and serene, and I could embrace the lush green mountains right from my window. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the breakfast was abundant with local specialties. A special thanks to Agnes, whose service was warm, thoughtful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The entire experience was excellent, making it an ideal choice for a vacation.

The Pullman Xianju is in a fantastic location, right next to the scenic area, making getting around super convenient. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning mountain views, and the facilities are brand new and comfortable. Breakfast offers a great selection of local Xianju specialties. A special shout-out to Agnes for her thoughtful and detailed service. She meticulously planned our hiking route, handled our check-in efficiently, and was warm and attentive throughout our stay. It was a perfect experience, and this is definitely our top choice for future trips!

Traveling with family, we booked three rooms and were delighted to receive an upgrade. Everyone in my family highly praised the hotel's service; the staff and the breakfast hall manager were all excellent, warm, and attentive. We were also very satisfied with the dishes at the Chinese restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff did a great job maintaining it. Right outside the hotel, there's a beautiful green space, so the air is super fresh, and it's lovely to take a stroll around. It's about a 10-minute walk to the visitor center, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, which is very convenient. Areas for improvement: First, only two bottles of water were provided in the room, which I think isn't enough, especially in the summer. Second, we received a call late at night asking if someone from our room had passed out in the hallway. It turned out to be a drunk guest who had given the wrong room number. This kind of mix-up was a bit speechless, and I hope it doesn't happen again.

The hotel facilities are very new, clean, and hygienic. There's even an artificial lake in the courtyard, making for a very pleasant environment. Breakfast was good, with plenty of local specialties. Agnes provided excellent service.

The entire experience exceeded my expectations – Pullman's quality really shines through! The hotel design is elegant and stylish, the room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a truly restful stay. The front desk lady, Lior, and the room service staff were warm and attentive; check-in was efficient and smooth, and their attention to detail was much appreciated. The dining was the biggest highlight – both the noodle bar and the Chinese restaurant served top-notch dishes.

Firstly, the breakfast was outstanding, providing a true five-star hotel experience. The presentation and variety of dishes were amazing; every single item was delicious. The mini wontons tasted just like childhood memories, and the pan-fried buns and potstickers really showcased their high quality. The salad and Eggs Benedict clearly demonstrated the chef's dedication and skill. This was an enjoyable trip with five-star service and a five-star experience!

I arrived quite late in the evening, but luckily, the front desk lady, Jennie, was very helpful. She found me a really comfortable room, and the room itself was great – especially the big bathtub, which was so relaxing. The inner courtyard view would be even nicer, so next time I might stay a few more days. Plus, there's a gym and a pool available.
