地處馬路邊，很容易找到，停車方便。定的是三床房，房間大床也寬，還帶有一個休閑區，睡八個人都不是問題，老闆夫妻倆很熱情，還免費請我們吃他們家的大楊梅，太感謝了！早餐雖然簡單，但很可口，適合攜家帶口出去旅遊小住。有幾個點還請老闆改進一下：淋浴房跟馬桶之間最好有一道可以隔水的簾子，以免洗澡時把水沖到馬桶蓋上；窗户加一道全遮光的窗簾，不然在夏日早上5點半這個房間裏就很亮了，影響我這種睡眠質量不好又晚睡晚起的人。下次我還會過來住的。

民宿位置極佳，離皤灘古鎮開車很近，民宿自己後面就是古宅，右轉步行三分鐘道淵書院，左轉步行一分鐘桐江書院，晚上散步走路兩分鐘去了隔壁的古街，看了古戲台鹽商鋪子。老闆很熱情，老闆媽媽手藝很不錯，菜品都是新鮮的，尤其早餐，看着清爽吃着舒服，很贊！衞生也很好，乾淨放心，洗澡還有暖風機。

房間乾淨，停車方便，老闆娘熱情，但對於睡眠不好的人，建議不選擇靠馬路邊的房間，隔音效果不好，馬上車輛行駛，聲音大。

房間還是非常乾淨整潔的，設施雖然簡單但是還是比較齊全的；大圓床還是非常給力，帶着孩子3個人完全沒有問題。早飯很豐富和健康的，家裡長者親自煎餅，小菜配粥，很中式很適合長者。老闆一家人還是非常熱情的。
環境不錯的，雖然沿街的房間，但是因為不是主幹道、關好窗户也聽不到什麼噪音。房子後面隱藏着一個古村和一些古建築，飯後散步走走還不錯的。
