The service truly stands out; we arrived late at night with a lot of luggage, and I'm incredibly grateful to the entire front desk team for their warm and meticulous care. They provided an exceptional experience. A friendly reminder: The hotel is actually a bit of a distance from Terminal 3. It's best to contact them in advance, and they will arrange the best shuttle service for guests. If I have a layover in Xi'an again, I will definitely stay here.

I really like Hotel Mercure chain. it’s super close to the airport and even offers a free airport pick-up, which was very convenient ✈️ The area is quiet with not much shopping nearby, but I booked the suite room and it was fantastic ,clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Perfect for a short stay before or after a flight!

Cleanliness: The hotel was clean and tidy, but there was a strange, persistent odor throughout, from the hallways to the rooms, which was difficult to air out. Location: Conveniently located near the airport. Surprisingly, the surroundings were quite peaceful, with very little disturbance from overhead planes. Facilities: Good. Thank you for a mostly pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, efficient, and the staff we interacted with were helpful. The proximity to the airport is its biggest advantage. A small note for future guests: the complimentary shuttle to the hotel requires a bit of patience. After calling the hotel from the arrivals hall, the shuttle took about 20 minutes to arrive for us. It's not a major issue if you're not in a rush, but it's something to be aware of. Perhaps the hotel could look into making this service more frequent. Overall, a good airport hotel experience.
