The dust! This house has no windows, and who knows how long it's been accumulating. As soon as you walk in, there's a strong smell of cheap perfume.

We really enjoy the kind hospitality and service from all the staff here. Just one comment is that the hotel should strictly prohibited guests to smoke inside including the hallway and in the room. Thank you.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the front desk staff are very attentive. It's super convenient as the subway station is right outside, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room itself is fantastic, the TV is easy to use, and it has great natural light. The front desk service is polite and thorough, and they're quick to respond if you need anything. This is my top choice for travel – highly recommended!

Had a good stay in this property. It is super clean. It is close to a subway station, so you can take a ride to the Xian city. The staff is very kind and helpful. If you have any issue related to your staying, the can get it resolved immediately.

overall the room is very comfortable and the staff are all very friendly and courtesy. i like a free coffee machine provided bcos you hardly can find any shop around selling coffee except a luckin coffee. The free supper was of the same type for 4 nites i stayed. i think the hotel can do better. The bathroom is risky without a anti slippery mat on the floor .i think it is important for the eldery . safety is important and the management should look into it.another plus point,i love a big TV screen. The wifi is weak,cant upload foto.
