Wancheng Hotel (Xi'an Xianyang International Airport)

The place was clean and hygienic, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were soft. Hot water was readily available, and the service was excellent. They provided free bottled water, and the owner was happy to replenish any disposable items we needed. We booked for two nights and even received a complimentary upgrade for one night.

The hotel lacks amenities, but it's newly renovated and very clean. The environment is excellent, right next to the shops, and the service is top-notch. They also offer free airport shuttle.

The room's cleanliness was truly excellent, and the service was great too. The facilities were also fantastic – if you don't believe me, just look at the pictures! I called at 2 AM, and the airport pickup was incredibly prompt. I'm checking out at noon today and still need to get to the airport, and the hotel is providing the drop-off as well. It's really wonderful; you can't go wrong with this hotel, it's genuinely super good.

There's an airport shuttle service available; just book in advance with the owner for a free pick-up and drop-off. There are dining options nearby. The only downside is that it's a bit close to the airport, so there can be some noise.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time and definitely have to give it a five-star rating. The hotel's location is excellent, making transportation very convenient, and there are plenty of supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby. The lobby environment is elegant, and the front desk staff were professional and patient, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was spacious and bright with ample natural light, thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. The bathroom was dry with no standing water, and the hot water was stable and plentiful. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, providing exceptional quietness despite being in a bustling area. All the in-room facilities were complete and easy to use, and the housekeeping service was proactive and attentive. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The value for money is outstanding. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely book again for future travels.
