JI Hotel (Xi'an Xianyang International Airport)

I'm leaving a negative review for the service because of a complaint I made. The front desk staff member just listened to my issue as if it were a story, didn't seem to think there was any problem, and never followed up with me. So, I have no qualms about giving you a bad review, and please don't call me. Oh, and they don't bring the complimentary fruit unless you specifically ask for it, which is ridiculous. Also, it's best not to use the hotel's free airport shuttle. It's outsourced, and the driver's quality is terrible. When I called the hotel right after landing, the outsourced driver was dropping someone off at T3 and kept rushing me to hurry up. I mean, if you're worried about going over time, just drive around for a bit and then come back to pick me up. I don't mind waiting a little. When he called again, I flat out told him, 'I only have two legs, I can't fly.' And he still kept saying, 'Alright, alright, just try to be as quick as possible.' Then, once I got in the car, he was holding his phone in one hand, on speakerphone, the whole way. I really wanted to 'applaud' his driving skills.

Overall, the quality is quite high. The hygiene is good and generally met expectations. The environment is mainly convenient for layovers, being near the airport. The front desk service attitude was good.

Overall, I'm very dissatisfied. 1. Located near the airport, it's very noisy with planes constantly passing by; it only gets quiet around midnight. 2. The pillows are terrible. Both are too soft, offering no neck support and making it difficult to fall asleep. Even hotels like Starway offer a choice of firm or soft pillows, but these pillows are extremely uncomfortable. 3. The air conditioner is very noisy, and it has a strong odor when it's on.

The service was excellent, the room was very soundproof, the house was spacious, clean, and hygienic. Highly recommended!

The hotel is about a 25-minute drive from Terminal 5. Free airport shuttle service is available every hour on the hour. The hotel has good soundproofing.

The facilities are great. I'm a regular customer who stays here often. The airport shuttle service is so convenient for people who need to fly! There are also many places to eat nearby. Overall, a good experience.
